This is brilliant and years ago Spirit showed me how to identify and clear these blocks in a very similar matter and when I did my shamanic training they taught me the same thing but I still wasn't manifesting my desires.
But when I learned how to cultivate the master frequency accessible through the portal of the heart then the magic began. As you expand the heart frequency it blends with the brain (science is now proving this) and this aligns you more with Spirit or Source. Hearts cannot be negatively programmed by society, they cannot fear, they cannot be in guilt or shame, they cannot hold negative energies from the past. Hearts can only love,and feel gratitude, compassion, joy and peace...next to cultivating presence filling the present moment with the frequencies of the heart is what will make your thoughts and intentions more powerful and eliminate the resistance from past experiences and programming...and make the clapping technique way more powerful...this is my experience, NOT what I learned from others. I know exactly what your saying... I didn't know I was manifesting nor did I know anything about what our body could do when I was doing it. And no joke, anytime I "claimed" something out loud, BAM! Within a couple of weeks it would happen. Later when I was led to a video (by video jumping) lol that was explaining manifesting and the power of our mind and body is when I realized that I was doing it without awareness or knowledge. I was at my happiest, funnest, loved, etc time of my life. I'm working on doing it again..with knowledge this time.... Watch out world!!

Thank you this resounds a lot with me. How do i reopen my heart chakra/energies after heartbreak? I was creating so fine until things started goind sideways in many areas of my life, which closed my heart even more. I can feel it reopening ever more for the past half year or so; is there a way to reopen and keep it open despite all the suffering in the world?
@@thoomm that would be hard to answer in a short comment but I work with the practice called heart brain coherence as well as heart chakra breathing exercises and all kinds of stuff and opening the heart chakra really is not depending on whether you feel heartbroken or not it’s more of an energetic shift that allows you to be more coherent of brain and more connected to spirit by doing it and if you are in heartache doing this work will definitely help. I mean I hate to tout my own stuff on somebody else’s channel but I do have videos on this and there’s some really good teachers out there also

I work in a mental health practice and seeing patients suffering symptoms from a Vegan diet is quite common. The person that started spreading this diet misinformation has done a lot of harm. It's about as valid as the governments food pyramid. Processed foods, GMO, unfiltered water, common household chemicals, toxic sludge in cosmetics, microplastics, etc are the real dangers. I stopped eating animal products a few years ago and my body was not happy. I wanted to do no harm, but the truth is that every calorie you consume was once a living organism. Plants have evolved diverse chemical defense mechanisms to deter herbivory and protect themselves from being eaten. This is the nation of the universe. Most people that try to eat well simply try to satisfy their macronutrients, but vitamins and minerals are the key to health along with keeping out industrial pollution that fills the shelves at your local grocer.

I feel this energy around me of things that I desire. Recently I learned about sensing things through the body, than your mind. You don't have to say anything to the rice. Just looking and thinking it will make it happen. You guys have no idea what's going on yet. But I'm going to show you. Liked a incent or a candle. Place your eyesight and focus on it. See if you can move the smoke Or the light. When you focus on the smoke it should stop waving. It should straighten up. I actually already watched the whole episode several times before I found this clip here on YT ☺ And I'll probably watch it again, more than once 😀 I am so thrilled with what this technique can do. I told my son about it, and he just clapped away in the field, and I told him: "No, no, wait a second, you have to think about what you want to manifest, then sense it and sense the blocks - and then clap. However, he told me that his mind was wonderfully calm after that random clapping. He has autism and has told me that his mind always has two thought tracks running. Now, it was down to one, so he must have removed some 'clutter' ☺

I have never clapped and have literally manifested people, outcomes, places, and scenarios in the tens of thousands. Manifestation is not difficult it is merely a thought that becomes things. Thousands of experiences with absolutely zero efforts. When I was a child the thought to reality would take a few days or weeks. As I grow older the thought manifest under 12 hours. This technique your speaking of reaching out to feel air sponge is rudimentary. The reach comes from a thought it's that simple. U would be absolutely blown away if you spoke to me. Your speaking about ideas not real solid manifestation there is a enormous difference

It's NOT a coincidence. Three people, at the same time, unknowingly using their left hands to check for a block, is really saying something very significant.

So "mentally" you can't locate it. So previously you were "mentally" locating "it" in "the field". So to "process into the physical" you're "mentally" affecting yourself based on what you "mentally" imagined was in "the field".

I cant ever look in to my future because i have a huge issue that's literally killing me due to the stress from worrying about it. Ive been suffering for a little over 5 yrs from this problem. I feel like it'll bring disease to me and will ultimately kill me. However, i have been trying to manifest winning the lottery. I can't move past this problem first tho.. i can't feel it with my hands. Update: i tried to feel for it and i clapped. I didnt feel different until about 5 mins later. I feel lighter in my mind and my chest feels cooler and lighter

I agree with many commenters on here, not sure if the interview lady ever gets these suggestions, but I almost couldn't watch the interview because it was almost painful to me how much she kept cutting him off and reshaping what he was saying in the way that she wanted to present it or according to her perspective and her knowledge of other things that she studied, I've seen her do this in other interviews but this one was the worst, I think she either needs to become the interviewee or her own person talking about her beliefs on a podcast or learn how to be a proper respectful interviewer and actually let the person she's interviewing talk instead of trying to put everything in, never giving them much of a chance to say what they are saying, this gentleman was a wonderful example of a very empathic conscience person who doesn't get himself worked up about how she is interrupting him constantly and reforming what he says though... As an empath I have a hard time watching her interviews because of this... She is extremely smart and knowledgeable but it almost feels like she's trying to show off, I'm sure that's not her intention
