    what is your preferred way in freezing the zest?

      I typically just freeze in a stasher bag (reusable bag that’s freezer safe) or in my small measured souper cubes. :)

    Thank you! Question: Do you wash your oranges first? I know you use organic, but if we use non-organic, will washing them before using make the zest "safer"?

      We always wash all produce. Even if we’re not eating this rind or skin , we’ll still wash it. There is bacteria on the surface due to many hands touching before we get our food. 😊
