Man doc I needed this. I’m the one you followed. I really needed this message . I’m 43 retired army, and running a not so busy business. However due to my combat injuries I can’t be 100% all the time and it hurts my consistency. I have however been in a funk, depression anxiety and looking at bankruptcy. I deal with a TBI my spine is all jacked up, combat ptsd. I’m slipping man and if not for my wife and kids to be totally honest I woulda smoked myself. These last few months I’ve drawn closer to Jesus, I used to be very involved in church however went away from it due to the “godly” people there. I find motivation to keep pushing through. We got into church in the last year and just try to do things differently and trusting God and turning things over to God. At 52 years old I’m still trying to correct from the many many years of a selfish, Live for the day lifestyle. You’re not alone because much of what you said was expressed by actual people recorded in the Bible. The “title deed” we own on our property belongs to us but the actual physical property we own will belong to future generations. So we need not get consumed on material things. Your choice to start a relationship with God can last forever. Since God has loved us first the ball has always been on our side of the court. Since we were created with free will. The question remains. Do we love God? You have plenty of life yet to continue with good decisions. No one says you have to retire at a specific age. Your love for lawn care will continue but you may choose to reduce your load. You will enjoy life as you find your own balance in your spiritual and physical needs.

People have incredible difficulty with vulnerability in being honest and ownership of ones needs, desires, wants, & characteristics in one's success in life! Sadly in long term, there is much failure in blaming others for your attitude, characteristics, & issues! Honesty leads to increased capabilities of improvements over time! Changes on the smaller scale also has the greater chances on continued success! Large/Many changes can be incredibly stressful, thus leading going back to the dependency of the ongoing failures of the past! Hey, Doc! Great video, Brother! Great! The most important thing in life is love. We were made from it and the love we carry was given to us on the day we were born. God blesses us in many ways and all blessings come from and include love. We all have wants and needs. Wants are wishes and needs are necessities. Work only for what we need. When we envy or are jealous of others, it's a sin. What we should do, is be happy for that person whether they deserve that thing or not. It's not for us to judge the wares of others. We will get our rewards when The Good Lord sees fit. Brother, be happy where you are in life, because you saw the light that God showed you and you followed it. We all struggle, Shane. All of us. To me, the greatest struggle was lived out by Our Lord, Jesus Christ when He gave His body and blood for US! Us lowly sinners who try, and struggle, to live as He wants us to live. Stay the course. Be the man you've become. Don't look back on the past or regret what you've done. Nothing can be changed, and the past has brought you to this point. Always remember that no time is "wasted." People have incredible difficulty with vulnerability in being honest and ownership of ones needs, desires, wants, & characteristics in one's success in life! Sadly in long term, there is much failure in blaming others for your attitude, characteristics, & issues! Honesty leads to increased capabilities of improvements over time! Changes on the smaller scale also has the greater chances on continued success! Large/Many changes can be incredibly stressful, thus leading going back to the dependency of the ongoing failures of the past! Hey, Doc! Great video, Brother! Great! The most important thing in life is love. We were made from it and the love we carry was given to us on the day we were born. God blesses us in many ways and all blessings come from and include love. We all have wants and needs. Wants are wishes and needs are necessities. Work only for what we need. When we envy or are jealous of others, it's a sin. What we should do, is be happy for that person whether they deserve that thing or not. It's not for us to judge the wares of others. We will get our rewards when The Good Lord sees fit. Brother, be happy where you are in life, because you saw the light that God showed you and you followed it. We all struggle, Shane. All of us. To me, the greatest struggle was lived out by Our Lord, Jesus Christ when He gave His body and blood for US! Us lowly sinners who try, and struggle, to live as He wants us to live. Stay the course. Be the man you've become. Don't look back on the past or regret what you've done. Nothing can be changed, and the past has brought you to this point. Always remember that no time is "wasted." It is all planned out for us to learn by. Good decisions and bad decisions were necessary to open your eyes and hearts. You're where you're supposed to be, NOW. Smile and have a happy heart.
