A fantastic opportunity and marvellous area to check out - thank you Visit Wales.
Great video here Harry. I do like a Parkrun which is built around a little trip away 😊
As someone who went to Swansea uni and graduated a few years ago, I absolutely loved this video! Brought back so many fond memories 😍😍
Thank you for the Video. I visited Swansea last September and did the Swansea 10k, equally just as flat and fast as the park run.
Definitely going to do this one soon.
A fantastic part of Wales to visit to either run / walk in. I love it!
Beach running - just gorgeous
Visited Swansea Bay Parkrun during a family holiday last year, it was and remains my 5K PB by quite a margin! Super speedy course with beautiful views over the bay
Glad you enjoyed your stay, our Swansea Bay Parkrun is indeed fantastic!
That’s the only thing with fast and busy Parkruns, they’re only fast if you’re at the front (which unless you’re sub 20 you most likely won’t be). Start middle of the pack and 10 seconds has already gone by the time you cross the start line! Thus negating the benefits of the course lol.
I gotta say vickie is normally very quiet until parkrun
I want sure if it was the camera but I could barely hear her! 🤣
How much did Visit Wales pay you for this? 😂
@@thisisjogon Thanks. Nice work if you can run fast enough. 😂
@@MediaRedia was there an answer to how much?
@@PoetWithPace I was only joking, and he played along with my sense of humour.
@@MediaRedia you mean he got the Welsh Cakes for free? 🤣
@@PoetWithPace 😂 Get on to Visit Wales. I'm sure they'll welcome a video from you, too. Come here to Cardiff for the half marathon in October. But, bring a brolly. 😂👍
Not even close to the fastest route. Aberbeeg or Bryn bach takes it.
I do Aberbeeg every week and I concur. It’s main benefit is it never gets more than 80 people, so you don’t lose ten odd seconds just getting to the start line!
