No absolutely not, Streets is fairly confusing to learn even for players with thousands of hours. I recommend woods cache runs because of the lower risk of running into players, but then once you have that down use the money to learn other maps/routes: ruclips.net/video/VQfk6Pw6hYc/видео.html (Note that caches aren't guaranteed to spawn anymore but they spawn often enough on woods for the money run to still be effective.)
I can give many reasons why the game is bad it's a endless pit of a conversation. I just hope there's some actual improvements for real people just on the game breaking bugs my raids now over bugs the experience was bad enough. After 1000 hours I can safely say this game does not respect your time and I'm just interested to see if it gets good in a year or two.

Buying grenade cases for euros then selling to thera is a good way to convert euro to roubles as there is very little lost in the conversion.
