Qveen Herby is one of the most authentic things in music i've heard in a while. I loved them as Karmin, especially at the start, before they got wattered down by recording company. But now their talent trully came out and they're releasing excellent material on basically monthly basis. So happy for them, they're hell of a talented artists and i wish them nothing but the best! Great video tho, thank you for making this! :)
I've just decided to listen to Qveen Herby, since Spotify keeps recommending me her, and I was quite surprised to learn that she's the girl from Karmin. God, I hate Karmin's songs. Did back then and do it now still. But I'm enjoying her solo work quite a lot.
I luvd Karmin...they are artists and musicians and whatever vibe you feel coming thru you..is what u should express..lets give each other the freedom to express ourselves from our hearts..regardless of color or genre etc etc..lets just enjoy the music..it should bring people tgthr not separate us!!! ONE LOVE!! ❤
WOW this was awesome.. great work 👍. I still have a place in heart for Karmin and every now and then still come back to RUclips to hear their great covers.. and just like u said i too "lost that loving feeling" a bit when they signed to a record deal to only end up sounding a bit generic. I must say i do ❤ hearing Qveen Herby tracks and do follow her stuff on Facebook.. And part of me still hopes one day Karmin come back to make their appearance again here on RUclips with their fantastic covers 🤞 I'm surprised to hear that they did so well hear in Australia because even amongst friends and people no one i knew had a clue who Karmin were so I'd feel it was my duty to show them their classics they did here on RUclips 😅
I've loved Amy from the start and have been so thrilled to watch hers and Nick's evolution of style. I haven't seen many people complain about her being white and rapping, so that surprised me to hear. And shes influenced by hip hop artists, not just "black hip hop artists" I dunno, that phrasing made me feel weird lol. But also, people missed when she was still under the name Karmin and rapped with Watsky. She encompasses being an artist and can play within any genre and be authentic
I mean, she's definitely leaning into the hip hop aesthetic in the way of Kardashians and Ariana Grande, but in this case it's authentic to who they were. I'm so happy to hear they are still together and putting out music. I loved them all those years ago
THANK YOU FOR TALKING ABOUT KARMIN. crash your party and hello were my jams back in 2012/13 and i'm really starting to enjoy acapella since the last few weeks
roisin culler as a black person I do not agree with that statement. Not all black people care or put all of our energy into shaming white folks for using ideas from “black culture”. She’s talented, period. Braids do not belong nor did they come from black culture, nor did she ever try to even claim it in a false way. It’s tasteful and it’s not like she’s only wearing cornrows and box braids. She also is very very clearly white to me so idk what people are seeing that leads them to believe she is blackfishing. She in no way looks racially ambiguous which is what blackfishing is.
I’m shookth. This video made me realize that Amy from Karmin is Qveen Herby 😂🤦🏾♀️ She has such a different look and feel to her songs that I never made the connection. I feel stupid now. I didn’t really follow Herby to closely so I never put two and two together...

Leo Rising is one of my favorite albums. End of statement. I miss Karmin, particularly that Karmin, but I appreciate everything they've put out and gone through. I don't listen to Qveen Herby much, because I'm not a big R&B fan, but I totally respect their decision to go that direction and will occasionally listen to their EPs. I'll even pop in to see what kind of stuff they've been up to, because I really just enjoy seeing Amy and Nick's energies.

I love absolutely everything Karmin did & have been a massive fan since day 1 but the rebranding of Karmin to Qveen Herby is truly the best thing they’ve done. Every release musically & visually gets better & better and they are being nothing but themselves. Love you so much Amy & Nick 🖤🖤🖤
Love love love Karmin still on my music downloads. Now I need to jump on queen
Wow you are so well spoken and I actually was surprised when I saw the subscriber count ! This is some extremely well done work man and I can see you going far! You have kept me interested the whole video and I hope she sees this if she hasn’t already cause she’s incredible.
AWHHH your so sweet!!! Thank you ❤️
Qveen Herby is one of the most authentic things in music i've heard in a while. I loved them as Karmin, especially at the start, before they got wattered down by recording company. But now their talent trully came out and they're releasing excellent material on basically monthly basis. So happy for them, they're hell of a talented artists and i wish them nothing but the best! Great video tho, thank you for making this! :)
i've been listening to her music this whole time and had no idea! my mind is blown
Pulses was actually almost shelved by the record company.
Is that the group that put out that song “Acapella?” Idk
Yes it is
This isn't Google. Open the other app on your phone- it's not that hard.
Missterious Misstress don’t need to anymore
@@MissteriousMisstress if the dumbass watched the video it would have answered the question lol
@@MissteriousMisstress just ignore this person question when it's already got answered. it's not that hard
I looooooooove Qveen Herby 😍 It finally feels like Amy is being herself
i can't find a bad karmin song honestly saying pulses was an amazing album like their other albums
Actually, I feel like LA REID did ask twice for a fact he doesn't hold on to what cannot be held
Going ghetto... iight. Imma head out.
LEO RISING is one of my favorite albums ever. It is amazing!!!
The woman can rap, Let her be. Honestly this hole controversy is just jealous people. She can do it all with her voice. She's an outstanding signer.
I've just decided to listen to Qveen Herby, since Spotify keeps recommending me her, and I was quite surprised to learn that she's the girl from Karmin. God, I hate Karmin's songs. Did back then and do it now still. But I'm enjoying her solo work quite a lot.
Gabriel von Ronsen same for me. She‘s killing it now 🔥
I luvd Karmin...they are artists and musicians and whatever vibe you feel coming thru you..is what u should express..lets give each other the freedom to express ourselves from our hearts..regardless of color or genre etc etc..lets just enjoy the music..it should bring people tgthr not separate us!!! ONE LOVE!!
Karmin,Britt Nicole,brtney Spears,Taylor swift,Cher loyed we missed them
I mean, she's definitely leaning into the hip hop aesthetic in the way of Kardashians and Ariana Grande, but in this case it's authentic to who they were. I'm so happy to hear they are still together and putting out music. I loved them all those years ago
THANK YOU FOR TALKING ABOUT KARMIN. crash your party and hello were my jams back in 2012/13 and i'm really starting to enjoy acapella since the last few weeks
thanks for this video.. i didn't know about Qveen Herby until now.. DAMN, HER MUSIC IS GOOD
Lol, I am from Australia. And YES. We LOVED Karmin so much.
my favourite song by theirs is “Hello”
Mine too !! Lol
Acapella was my favorite song I used to be in the living room on Saturday morning blasting it on the tv.
Wait.. someone's mad about a white person rapping?!?! is this 1989??
Nate R Ikr? 😅
Nate R reverse racism doesn’t exist
roisin culler as a black person I do not agree with that statement.
That’s why Queen H looked and sounded so familiar. I had no idea. Great video 👍👍
I’m shookth. This video made me realize that Amy from Karmin is Qveen Herby 😂🤦🏾♀️ She has such a different look and feel to her songs that I never made the connection. I feel stupid now. I didn’t really follow Herby to closely so I never put two and two together...
Leo rising is like my favorite album EVER
I agree. I just miss seeing Nick.
I think they're married now. I think he's more behind the scenes?
His beats are 🔥 tho
I loved Karmin!! Thank you for this information.
Amy and Nick are Fire. Been following them since RUclips Covers. These Record Labels will snatch the soul from you. I’m glad the Two are still together and still together; nahmean?
So glad she’s getting the recognition she deserves, I was one of those who knew as soon as she rebranded and have been listening to her ever since. Please support !!!
Omg I didn't even know Karmin started in RUclips!!! Their songs were so amazing!! Pulses was such a good album and overall!!!!
Hey, thank you for your video!
I really appreciate it!
Thanks for giving it away in the comments. I was dreading the 8 min wait then I realised I've already been following Qveen Herby all along 😂 been a big fan of Karmin and wondering that they were up to recently. Didn't know they've evolved!
I absolutely adore Qveen Herby! BDE, Mozart and Beautiful are just some of my faves! Karmin killed too but I'm an R&B HipHop and Rap kinda girl
I wore out 'I Want It All' in 2014 🤣 I just loved the horns🎶 🎺🎶🎷 I always wondered why they fell off 😟 as soon as you mentioned L.A. Reid, I went never mind 😬 I hope the saved what they could 💵💵💵 😉
Wow, this morning I had "Broken Hearted" in my head and thought, whatever happened to them? Couple minutes later, this is in my suggested videos. BTW, broken hearted is such a bop
Great job, Flashy! Very interesting. Thank you so much. Thumbs up!
I love Queen Herby music better than Karmin, Amy’s vocals and rap is enhanced in her new self. I’m really proud of how much they’ve worked off to get this far! And fckk record label!
I love her so much idk what people are talking about 💁🏾♀️
love Qveen Herby, and had no idea they was the same person, I am shooked.
Where in the World is Karmin SanDiego?
RandomZ5 😂😂😂 underrated comment
So for the whole day I have the tune of broken hearted in my head not remembering the name of the song and artist and this video shows up in my timeline??? Nothing's private anymore...
"Hello" song deserved more popular....
Thank you for this....was wondering. Now I can hear their new stuffs and all I missed
Awh of course! Thank you for watching!!
I'm Australian and my dad still listens to Karmin to this day. He literally played it this morning. He loves acapella.
Rachel Nolan he should also start to listen to Qveen Herby now 😁🔥
This video was recommended after watching queen herby. I didn't realize it was Karmin until you pointed it out in the video. Dang! I'm diggin' the pivot they made. Looks like they know what they're doing.
Qveen Herby fuckin slaps. I wasn’t crazy about Karmin but I did enjoy some of their music and Amy’s present music is great. I’m glad they’re still working in the industry they obviously loves.
