Great review. Thanks for being genuine and vulnerable in your videos. I love crunchy complicated games, but not all the time, so having a fun simple game when I just don't have the brain power, or the emotional strength to lose after four hours is pretty wonderful. ps. no thanks is sooo good.

We have had a great time with this game - laughing and being silly. Especially when my friends became disturbed by how invested I was in my ‘dream crush’
Us Flip the Table fans are so glad you enjoyed this game Quinns! It's a great remake of the old game Heart Throb, which was tied for the best game Flip the Table ever found. Such a great convention game.
Not exactly my kind of game, or more importantly, not really my friends' kind of game, but I loved this video. All the right amounts of wacky, funny, energetic, and informative. I legitimately did feel a pang of regret seeing Tinners' Trail set up and then not reviewed, however.
We’ve been playing Heartthrob for years and added an additional round that uses a growing deck of homemade cards that players write every time we play. Glad a new version is out.
I do wish it was referenced in their promotional material though as it's pretty much a 1 for 1 copy! (I understand the company is now defunct so that's why they could get around releasing it)
The Mondo games version of The Thing is an absolutely incredible traitor game on a different level to most others. Every time Leigh's dopamine tattoo looms into view with that squirt bottle I wince and experience the opposite of what that hormone is supposed to do.
Some games appeal to the fantasy of fighting dragons. Some appeal to the fantasy of having friends. This new fantasy is different, but I wont be sold till I see the inevitable SDSU expansion.
Beer and Boardgames did a play through with this that was hilarious. If you’re on the fence about getting this game, watching that vid will push you over.
I just bought this game and I’m gonna play it on holiday with a group of very close friends I haven’t met since the start of the pandemic. I’m so excited.
There are times in this video that Quinns looks a lot like a young Anthony Stewart Head. I think it's a combination of the glasses and slick back hair.
It's honestly been a long time since I've agreed with a SU & SD review (this time being no exception) but I will always watch them because even if our tastes don't align SU & SD presentation always makes for an entertaining and often time insightful perspective into the hobby I enjoy.
I love games. All games. Big, small. 30 min sessions of fun, 12 hours of space conquest... Sometimes we just need an excuse to laugh, and using boardgames to do it is just better. Hoping for that one to get localized for pt-br, that fits perfectly with my friends.
I got this game and played it a few times and nobody really cared for it. However one of my friends came up with the idea for each player to draw a contestant instead of using the ones from the box and now this game is a hit 100% of the time!
