    Great tips here. I’ve found the more simpler the speed works are to remember, the more likelihood of doing them consistently.

    More coaching tips would be great. It would be good to see you coaching one or two of your clients and seeing how they improve, if they didn’t mind ofcourse.

    My favorite way to do intervals like 1 min on/off without a watch, is to count my breaths. At my typical breath pattern 40 breaths is about a minute.In a way this is even better than a watch because from start to finish your mind has something focused to do besides thinking about how hard it is, and you always know exactly where you are in the interval.

    I'd wager that lady in the vid has never broke 20mins at parkrun and celebrated with a Whetherspoons breakfast.

      I always celebrate with a weather spoons breakfast and I have never broken 20 minutes. Is there a problem with doing that?
