Dear @sherifossman, Thank you for your question. Here 50 and 100 are predetermined scores. You can set them arbitrarily based on your model. For example, in the case of the Damaged Goods Delivered, if the percentage of the delivered damaged products is 4% then the score will be 50 and if the Damaged Goods Delivered percentage is 2%, then the score will be 100. So, a lower percentage of damaged products corresponds to a higher score and vice versa. In this way, we’ve assigned the predetermined scores (50 and 100) for each of the factors.
