seen the guys many times--12 I think as of Austin a few weeks ago. they are such machines, you hardly ever see a flub, but man what a trainwreck from Neil, starting at about 3.08 until about 3.25; he gets it back on track for about 10 seconds, but then goes off the rails again at about 3.35 for a while before he finally gets back on with Geddy and Alex. I wonder if something was going on with his in-ear monitor, as I would think it wouldn't take him so long to figure out he was off??
New comment ... I was at this show ... and you can clearly see that Neil was the one who screwed it up, by forgetting and skipping ahead of them ... but Geddy and Alex kept it together!
I have heard that the band was battling some stomach bug during this show. I noticed Alex wasn't his usual happy self either...basically just concentrated on his playing, rarely smiles and didn't move around much. Just saw them in Newark, completely different ...they really seemed to be enjoying themselves! And sounded great!
