Thanks for this beautiful song Lisa. I always appreciate a chance to sneak in a Csus4. Really interesting Nerd History too.

Thanks Lisa, nice job and i managed to keep time- singing went down the tubes, but... A flashback to my college days. Surely he was in a big part responsible for the trend of wearing plaid shirts, down jackets and hiking boots- year round appropriate attire in San Francisco. Interesting about the Nerd section- tough challenges for the celebs. Written in 20 minutes on a ski lift- ah what love can do. Did Annie write a sequel -You build up my fences?

Thank you this was very helpful. I am wondering if you have a link where I can print out the ukulele chords that you are using for Annie's song. Please and thank you!!!

I have over 250 chord charts available for my patrons, and even a guide on how to find them. $3 USD a month, cancel at anytime. This is how I can do this channel. Otherwise, I'd need to find more employment. www.patreon.com/theukulelefool

Hi Lisa. I appreciate your lessons. You can't help me with my singing.
But what would help me with this tutorial for keeping time with the Chord changes, would be if you were to add a dot into each box in time with each Chord Change as they come up.
I can then keep my Cord Changes on time by following the dots as well as strumming in time. ( Yes the arrow helps)
Hope this idea helps. Thanks Brian, in New Zealand

Brian - I really appreciate that you took the time to leave me a really thoughtful comment. I know that would be helpful, and I have done that before in a few of the tutorials I did earlier this year. It takes several hours of additional editing to make that to happen in time. Each song tutorial already takes a minimum of 28 hours to create the chord charts for my patrons, do the lesson plan, film the lesson, edit, proof-read, revise and upload to RUclips with a thumbnail and all the stuff RUclips requires. I simply can't keep up and work my 2 other jobs in order to keep a roof over our heads. So after trying it a few times, I couldn't keep up the additional effort. I do offer two lessons in my New to Uke Plus reward tier - 1 for working on timing away from your ukulele, and another on tips and tools for singing in tune.

@@TheUkuleleFool I appreciate your reply and also how much effort goes into each of your lessons. Again thank you.

This is the strum (D DU DU) that I use for all of the 3/4 time songs that I play.
    1. Good night Irene
    2. Paradise
    3. Piano Man
    4. Tenneesee Waltz
    5.. Singing the Blues

Great songs for that strum. I just put out a tutorial for Tennessee Waltz. Keep up the good work Phyllis!

Aleksi - thanks for becoming a patron. I sent you an email with a quick guide to all the songs. That will take you to the post on Patreon with the chord chart.
