    This ghee is rich in flavor, aromatic, and packed with health benefits.
    Ingredients:1 liter of fresh cream or malai (collected over time)
    1 cup of water (optional)
    Instructions:
    Collect fresh cream (malai) from milk over a few days and store it in the refrigerator.Once you have enough cream, place it in a large, heavy-bottomed pan.Heat the cream over medium flame, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.As the cream heats up, it will begin to separate into clarified butter and milk solids.Continue cooking until the liquid turns golden and the milk solids settle at the bottom.If desired, add a cup of water to the pan. This helps in further separating the milk solids and clarifying the butter.Once the ghee is clear and aromatic, turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.Strain the ghee using a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a clean, dry jar.Store your homemade ghee in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
