I lived in Scotland for 6 months, in a little town north of Glasgow called Aberfoyle. My boss lived in Callander. My boss BOUGHT ME A CAR from his brother to travel around Scotland. I covered the whole west and northern coastlines, even swimming in the water (Achmelvich) and traversed some of the cleanest water I have ever seen. And the people I met in these towns are amazing. I love Scotland. There is so much more to see in Scotland than this repeatedly shows.

I didn't know so many people liked the scenery of Scotland ❤ I'm scottish and love our highlands and western coast and isles, but I take it for granted because of the poor weather when it's not May-August. When I think of beautiful scenery that I want to visit/or have visited, I think of places like India & Pakistan, Italy, the Alps, southern spain, central asia, lebanon/syria & surrounding areas, central China, many places in africa... actually there's too many places in the world I want to visit 😂 but to me I either like warm weather, or extremely cold weather with snow like Harbin. but I'm glad so many people like Scotland 🙂
I live in the Utah deserts, and feel the same way about the desert. People find beauty in the red rocks, but the sun scorches my eyes. I'd love to visit Scotland! I long for the rain and the overcast skies.

I did this on Madeira. I sat whole day at Ponta de São Lourenço. One of the most intense memories i have. Powerful and Sad memories. I dont know if I could recomend it. But I would deffinetly do that with people I love.

It is one of the most memorable places I visited during my trip to Europe a few years ago. Beautiful nature, clear water, and fresh air are still memorable and I want to visit this place again when the peaceful time returns.

That’s no reason for political unions. It is reason, though, for friendly relationships as proud independent countries with connections through history.
Independence for us as adults is no different to that of countries. Most are independent and I believe Scotland, England and Wales should be too and continue with a strong and respectful relationship.
I’m so tired of the lazy copy/pasted random comments on random videos with the generic “hey you watcher, I hope you have a ____ day and may all your dreams come true, god bless , Jesus is the savior etc etc”…. Go out and actually DO something for someone if you actually care. It takes no energy at all to post something like that. You don’t get brownie points for that, and it doesn’t automatically make you a good person. There was a time back when those messages actually helped, but the world is a much different place now. It needs DOERS to make a difference. Not copy/pasting some rhetorical support speech on a RUclips video where most of the people that actually need support probably won’t ever see. Do better.

@@HeIiosphan There are so many of them because there are no wolves or bears or any natural predators. They aren't shot very often either, though the population has to be controlled or else they literally strip all plant life from the landscape and eat all the tree saplings and cause a lot of erosion and damage. They are wonderful animals though. I live on the outskirts of Scotland's capital Edinburgh and even here in the suburbs deer sometimes can be seen wandering around.

Wonderful film that reminds me of how lucky I am to live in Scotland. The only criticism I would make is that the drone footage of Glencoe probably doesn't do it justice. Driving through Glencoe is an incredible experience that you have to experience to understand. The south entrance to it obscures what awaits you due to the narrow winding path of the road then all of a sudden it's there in all its majesty. The first time I experienced it was as an eight year old child & it was like entering into a land that time forgot. The mountains appear to be crouching over you, angry & aggressive. Ready to scoop you up & devour you. Over the decades I've driven through Glencoe over 20 times & it's never the same, something different every time depending on the season, weather & time of day. At night in bad weather it truly is a scary experience. During the summer on a beautiful day there are few places in the world whose beauty & scale make you realise just how insignificant we are as individuals. Time & nature rule in places like Glencoe......

We're French and he's always known deep in his heart that he had Scottish blood. Beautiful! The only thing I don't really like is when you keep flying the drone so close to animals... better not to disturb them. Animals are all being probed and prodded in all sorts of ways these days. From tourists taking selfies, to drones, and of course getting hit by cars etc. We should all try to step back as much as possible.
