I'm definitely not going to fight my body's natural circadian rhythm by getting up at 5am (I'm a perpetual night owl lol), but a LOT of these tips & tricks are really good for just starting your day regardless of when you wake up. Its definitely important to get into the habit of intentional self care before your go out into the world for the rest of the day.
Great inspirational video!! I am going for my 2024 goals in baby steps, but I am starting!! My biggest goal is to finally start my small business this year! I have been planning way to long (1 1/2 years) and just too scared to start! I just turned 60 years old in December and this will be my gift to myself!

Good tips! I'm also am retraining my brain to go to bed earlier and wake up earlier. 5am is the goal but with 4 kids on different schedules is hard to do! So I've been getting up around 6am and that has made a difference 🙌🏾

I use to be a night person too until I was forced to get up at 6 am every morning now I can’t get anything done if I’m not up early
