Halloween Loaded Pocket Bags Tutorial - Halloween Craft and Party Favor Ideas

In today's tutorial I'm working on two Halloween themed loaded pocket bags. This is a fun Halloween craft idea and can used for party favors, gift bags, candy bags, snail mail, journal pockets and more. As these pockets are made with pre-made paper bags and decorated with printables they make great last minute Halloween ideas.
