Your bet on the turn on the QQ hand is way too weak if you think you in front. Make it at least 2 3rd of the pot and he foldes his drawing hands. 600 in a 1.5k pot is really not enough to fold out drawing hands. Protect a little more...

Bluffing with showdown value for a 2:1 call. You have to put him on a hand better than your 7 but weak enough to fold to the raise. Unlikely he has that. Better just to call trying to catch his bluffing range rather than get a fold from his narrow >7 folding range

I like thin value when the draws miss. In the AA hand, could easily get called by worse pocket pairs, or pair+ flush draws.
