I don't know how much this would make a difference to you anymore, but I wanted you to let you know that a lot of your GTA videos break something called "The 180º rule." It's a little bit hard to explain, but it basically boils down to: if one person is shooting toward the right side of the screen the person he's shooting *at* needs to be on the right side of the screen. This can be broken up, but generally applies to all interactions, not just action scenes. Although violating it _can_ make action scenes especially confusing.

Funny enough I don't happen to see CHP in the video either, but hypothethically if they were & that was California, they also, unlike what the organization name implies, have jurisdiction over the entire State. Although primarily sticking to the highways and intersecting roadways, they're not limited to those and can & do wander off.
