Jeez a bit negative. She said about it on her podcast. So I’m sure it’s mortgage but she’s such a hard worker and she has multiple streams of income! Everyone has that yikes feeling about mortgage and what ifs but she’s a hard worker and will always make it work!!
@@hollyparsons4234 hello its not meant for negative, it is just that I'm interested in how it is financed, basically was the collateral that property or is it using equity finance through her other properties. Georgeie has said she is a control freak, so when you have a mortgage and a business in a volatile environment like today you worry and loses control. Just want to know how she does that. Jeez stop judging comments
She said on her podcast it’s mortgaged. She has numerous income streams and other investments so isn’t relying just on one thing (though if you’re referring to NH, I think it’s safe to say it’s well established!). She also said on her podcast that if things ever went bad (was referring more to interest rates which are crazy right now in Oz and frequently increasing), she’d just have to sell the house and no biggie. I guess is a natural worry for anybody that purchases a home, and just got to feel the fear and do it anyway. 😊
This is their 4th property and still own 3. She has a strong business with multiple income streams. They are more than fine or the banks wouldn't lend to them
