We just purchased this bike for me from Wal-Mart, I'm actually assembling it this morning and looking forward to many great rides! I haven't rode a bike in years but taking my retirement fairly recent now gives much more time to enjoy this venture!

After looking at the directions that came with this bike, this video makes it so much easier!!! I purchase most things that have to be assembled and usually have no problem with the directions on most things. The directions for this bike is really confusing in their booklet. So glad this was on here, because I didn't want to pay extra to have it assembled at Walmart, seeing I had it delivered to my home. If I can do this at 67 years old, anyone can. Don't be scared!!! It's really not that hard. Thank you so much for putting this on RUclips.

This video is very clear and easy to follow. So far, I’ve assembled two Cranbrook bikes using this tutorial. What the video does NOT show is how difficult it is to get some of the nuts/bolts/screws tight. Especially the seat adjustment clamp/lever thing. This video makes it look so easy. It is not easy! When I finally got it tight enough to hold the seat firmly in place, I could no longer move the lever to the loose OR tightened position. And it took 3-4 people to put the bike together. This is not a one-person job!

Seat rotates, whilst bolts are fully tightened.
Seat post does not snug tightly into the seat bracket. Had to use seat bracket from another bike :-(
Got mine from walmart overall nice looking bike but the seat is a little cheap and wobbly had to buy a better one
Got stuck at step 2. Can't get the front fender on properly :(
That was my problem and I found my front wheel holder was placed backward.

Yeah I found that out the hard way as well but the first fixed it and it's fine now
Fenders are a problem and the wheels are not aligned at all. Will be returning
My fork was turned backwards was wondering for a few minutes why tire wouldn't line up lol

Can't get the seat right! It comes off after I tighten it.
I purchased a few weeks ago. Front fender arrived bent and I could not get the seat post to catch at all. I received new parts. The front fender is now ok but the seat post still won’t catch no matter how hard I tighten it. Seriously considering returning the bike.

My bike just came yesterday. I love it but the brakes are missing. I called walmart. Now I've to wait for the brakes for 1 more week.
They dont come with brakes
What about boiling or greasing any parts you don't mention anything about doesn't anything have to be oiled or greased
The seat clamp is at tight as it can be but the seat post slides out easily. Um..
Same issue here. This should NOT be this difficult.
Seat post continues to rotate no matter how tight I make the seat clamp/bolt.
I'm having the same problem. It won't tighten at all. I wonder if they sent the wrong seat post size.

What if the front fork area wind up lose n unable to tighten as well as the handle bar

Hi, i recently bought the men's cranbook 26' cruiser. I like the bike, but the front fender braces are not long enough to reach the fork mounting tab. Please advise.
I just ran into the same problem and was flipping out, until I realized the thing was backwards. Just flip it around lol
What should I do if my front wheel holder is installed backward?
