    Good video. I have few questions. 1. What is the flow rate or velocity of the flue gas? 2. What is the temperature of the flue gas? 3. What level of moisture and fly ash or particulate matter is expected in the flue gases?

      I solved but equation s= (10+(ts-ta) /20)*(ts-ta)
      Not understand properly in this equation other than I know all solution.

    Dear Chandan ji please reply , decrease of 16 degrees flue gas temperature in economisers 1% percent of boiler efficiency increases. Where did you take this data? From which book?
    Fuel cost is five percent saving in terms of 10 degree water temperature rises in economiser Where did you get this data from? and which book?

      BOILER HAND BOOK, bahut Purana BOE Exam material h Jo ki online ni milta h, 1980 k time Ka h, mere pass v uska book ni h photocopy h jisme bahut hi dark print h bahut muskil se padh pate h.

      5 to 7 % of boiler efficiency and 1% of over all power plant ...as mainly thermal power plant efficiency are 30 to 35 percentage so ..it's increase 1to 1.2 percentage only and in boiler approximately 10% from both APH AND ESP....

      Dear economiser are classified into two types 1) Steaming and 2) Non Steaming, mainly Steaming economiser used, isme steam ni bnta h, hmesa water hi rhega aur oha sensible heat addition hota h, iska matlb h same phase m temperature rise Hona, ye open path h islie pressure increase no hota h, qki boiler m constant pressure pr heat ka addition hota h.

      Steam start superheated inside water wall and in superheater tube very high temperature of steam provided which may damage the tube due to overheat, starvation this I'll discuss in seperate video
