custom is not the default mode. bass boost doesnt actually boost the bass, did you listen to it? spatial is just upmixed stereo with an upward firing driver, nothing new there but its hardly effective at all on the x500. using the speaker mic to make phone calls is nothing new. in reality wider but shorter vs taller but narrower, they are about the same in a backpack (against the x600). x500 is probably the better the buy though if you realise spatial audio is just marketing, it doesnt decode any spatial formats. thank you for not repeating the silly soundcore line that this can be used in place of a home theatre.
What did Soundcore did to you ? Why full of spite ? I get you are fighting misinformation but it would be better to just get the unit and review it objectively instead of commenting under every other video

I just ask anyone taking the soundcore dollars to take a few minutes before making the videos to fact check the script for the sake of their subscribers and the future of honest reviews on youtube. Im not saying you are not honest, it was a reasonable video you made and i like your energy. I just ask you to be careful with accepting on face value what they tell you. Nothing personal.
