I really like this one with the usable balcony but it has the trait "needs TLC" which is kinda annoying. But I really like the layout of this apartment.

Thank you! ❤ Yes, it's kinda hard because of the "needs TLC" trait. If you use T.O.O.L mod you can remove all the things that cause the problems.
