#7 you don’t need to use Sanchez or any other bike you can also use ambulance park it backwards a little bit up and then you can just jump up to it and from there jump up to the next roof and get it it’s much easier this way since it can be difficult to do it with the bike I just want to share it here in case people find it difficult or frustrating
This needs to be hire up ! You know the gas station wall opposite from the crusher/junkyard? Take an ambulance, and reverse as fast as you can into the gas stations wall, so that it shoves itself on top of the wall and its rear wheels end up in the air. Now you jump in top of the ambulance and get the hidden package

Been puzzled by what these ones are meant to be, and I read they're apparently a reference to some rock festival in the late '90s. I Googled to see if there were any keychains that look like these hidden packages, and there are. They're identical to the packages! Oh, and the graphics for this version are crazy good. Gonna switch to my new phone in a few days, and, don't know if this version is still available anywhere, but if so, I'll probably try it. I miss this game so.

$50,000 for all packages, really? Money's useless in GTA 3 and LCS. And both 8-Ball Missions you can acquire the money easily through missions, even the final mission in GTA 3. Unless you want loads of ammo in GTA 3 especially for the Minigun in LCS but then again, the 100% Completion in LCS takes cares of the ammo limit problem. Not GTA 3 but it's easy to make millions in that game to buy all the ammo in the world. It would be nice if the 100% reward is something like a hunter and the hidden packages reward would be a tank. And yes I think choppers should be easily flyable in this game like they were in both Vice City games and not having to steal them from missions and storing them in tight garages. Or just make the last hidden package reward a Minigun. They should've rewarded not only $50,000 but a tank or Minigun to go along with it since GTA 3 gives you a million dollars and a rocket launcher and Vice City gives you $100,000 and a hunter
this was great! I was able to collect 97 hidden packages at the start of the game, which is enough since you get all the weapons. the remaining 3 you can only access after certain missions.
Some people wondering about number 7, 3:18 I spent a lot of time trying to execute the same jump, but it was impossible for me (iOS version), while I consider myself as a good GTA player. This is a lot easier to make it through bumping into the wall and your body will fly to this roof. I did this on Sanchez driving from 8-ball road.
If you want to do how its shown in the video, you have to slide your finger up slightly on the acceleration to make Toni shift his weight down on the bike, then when you get launched by the ramp, you slide your finger down on the to make Toni shift his weight up to gain extra height. This works for a few other hidden packages like this.

just stole the copter from calm before the storm right after masimo flew off. now i can use bullet and crash proof heli to collect all the packages. i can give you free savestates for pcsx2 to try and keep the heli after, the mission, because nothing can keep the heli in the garage or on the streets if i complete/fail the mission
Number 39 I didn't get it like that. When I was a noob at bikes I tried a lot of times and wasn't able to do it either I do it too fast or too slow anyways what I did is get a car an esperanto specifically and I got out of the car just at the moment I was on that platform and get it lol
