Patni bhi pareshaan hoti thi mere swasthya ko lekar. Ab sab sahi hai.

I am a old asthma patient. 1st three asanas of chest bottom, middle and top never found in any channel. I had started from today evening along with kapalvati and anulom bilom. Any suggestion for stopping pasume formation(can not bear smell of stick and scent). Now onwards I will see your channel. I generally see Ramdeb baba, Ramesh joga also. Same problem with me with stick, scent and one flower which is blooming during sept end to oct end. Very dangerous flower for asthma patient(plenty in kolkata planted by govt)
