      Uncle kya aap deep breath le pate hain.mujhe bhi asthma Hain lekin mujhe aisa Lagta Hain ki main deep breath le hi nhi pata hun. Main pranayam bhi karta Hun.

      महाराजी, के द्वारा बताए गए दमाके आसन आप शुरू कीजिए जैसा भी कर पाते हैं धीरे-धीरे अभ्यास करते हुए धीरे-धीरे आसन कीजिए जैसा भी कर पाते हो

    Ye shat pratishat kaam karta hai. Maheena bhar pehle muje boht pareshani thi. Ab boht hadd tak main boht accha ho gaya hu. Subah yoga karta hu to cough nikalta hai thoda. Iske baad din bhar saans araam se chalta hai. Boht dhanyawad guru ji. Bass ye hai ki har ros karte rahen. Bina ruke aur bina thake. Aadat ho jaaegi to sab sahi hone lagega. 10 15 din to dene chahiye koi araam milne ke liye. Muje 3 4 din me mil gaya tha aaraam. Ab attack aae 3 din ho gaye hain. Pehle 1 ghante ke upar saans bhaari rehti thi par ab agar ho bhi jaae to 5 10 min me normal ho jata hai sab.
    Pehle Roz aata tha. Raat ko neend toot jaati thi.
    Patni bhi pareshaan hoti thi mere swasthya ko lekar. Ab sab sahi hai.

    Swamiji ,you have explained the abhyaas for asthma in a
    very simple and , easy way for which I am very grateful to you.
    The exercises for asthma have proved very beneficial and I do these regularly. I have already started breathing easy and the wheezing has also gone.Thank you Swamiji.

    Gomukh asana and supra brajendra asana are difficult for those who have knee problems or very less flexibility or persons like us who are old aged but suffering from asthma.Please suggest alternate asans.

    I am a old asthma patient. 1st three asanas of chest bottom, middle and top never found in any channel. I had started from today evening along with kapalvati and anulom bilom. Any suggestion for stopping pasume formation(can not bear smell of stick and scent). Now onwards I will see your channel. I generally see Ramdeb baba, Ramesh joga also. Thankful to you for describing so nicely in detail.

      Same problem with me with stick, scent and one flower which is blooming during sept end to oct end. Very dangerous flower for asthma patient(plenty in kolkata planted by govt)

    Thank you for the information on yoga’s for asthma. How can we contact you? I want ask about uterus prolapse. How can we fix it with yoga and what kind of diet we have to adopt and also what kind of herbs we can take to reverse it? Please respond back soon. I think surgery is not the only option, there must be some other way we can heal our body with the herbs cause God is great healer, he already made everything to fix every problem naturally.
