I am going to give and exam on CMRP & then CRE. Your videos and the teaching way are making reliability stuff very easy to be understood .. thanks for your kind efforts
Thank you very much 🌷 I have a question about the Combined System Example 7:33. I got confused when you subtract 1 of each of the 0.85. and you did not do with 0.50?
Hey There Veljko! In terms of reliability, there aren't really many advantages. But often, many systems (think automobile) just naturally have to be designed in series to work properly, which is why we have to learn how to calculate reliability for series systems.
Hey Dee! To be honest, I've never sat for the CRE exam, so I don't have any personal experience. But just by looking at the body of knowledge for CRE, and the overall passing rate, I'd guess that CRE was more difficult
Thank you very much, Andy. Great videos. I hope your audience grows exponentially, because I really think you deserve it. All the best.
awesome, thanks so much Antonio!!!!! I like what you did there - exponentially :)
Wow, that was the best, easiest-to-understand, and most well-explained video that answered all the questions I had on this matter. Thank you.
You're welcome!

You're welcome Ibrahim!!
Thank you very much. Your content mad me understand how to calculate %Reliability clearly.
Awesome Sathit, I'm glad to help!!!!
Great stuff with nice examples. I will send this video to my students as additional material. Thanks!
Oh wow, thanks so much Erik!!! That's a huge honor, thank you!
Fantastic video. No crap statistics notation finally!
Thanks so much Alexei!!!
Great video with concise information
Thank you so much for the awesome feedback!!!
Great and crisply explanation thank you so much
You're absolutely welcome!
Thanks a lot. I am so grateful to you
You're most welcome
greatings for great content,
You're welcome!!
Very well explained
Thanks Kev!
Excellent teaching 👏👏👏👍👍
Thanks so much Saji, and thank you for the comment!!!
I am planning to give exam on CRE from ASQ board ,, I found useful information information on your CRE classes 😊😊🙏
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed the videos!!!
really appreciate your efforts! thanks so much!
You're welcome!
Thank you sir, but please what of when you are expected to find the overall MTTF of a system in parallel and series, please how do you solve that?
U have Awesome teaching skill Andy 👍👍👍✌️✌️😊 keep it up sir
Thanks a ton!!!

A very good explaination given in this topic.
Nice break down. it's simple and easy to follow.
Thanks Harold!
simply awesome content.
Thanks!!!
Hello sir,
Thanks for sharing, i would like if you can talk also about k-out-of-n” configuration reliability system.
Regards
Hey Felix, yes, that's on the list for a future video!
U r making me pass my exam.
Awesome Adi, that's my entire goal!!!!!
-Andy
how can i compare the reliability of the two systems series-parallel and parallel-system?
Hey Nasser, for those specific systems, do you know the reliability of each component in both systems?
How can I get the PDF COURS
Hey Beggui, check out Cqeacademy.com/freecourse, which includes a PDF copy of each of those free lectures in that course
How to find reliability of every component in the system?
Thanks
That usually comes through testing
Thank you 😊
You're welcome!
Hello. What is the advantage of serial connection in the system over a parallel connection?
Hey There Veljko!
In terms of reliability, there aren't really many advantages. But often, many systems (think automobile) just naturally have to be designed in series to work properly, which is why we have to learn how to calculate reliability for series systems.
Thanks so much teacher
You are very welcome
thank you
You're welcome!
Hi, thanks for the video! Any example of calculating reliability for NON SERIAL-PARALLEL SYSTEMS ?
Hey Konstantinos, no, I generally create content around the CQE body of knowledge, and that's limited to just series and parallel systems.
-Andy
@@CQEAcademy Is this the same for calculating System availability
Hey @@taipizzalord4463, is what the same for system availability?
The calculations for series and parallel systems?
@@CQEAcademy Yeah
@@CQEAcademy Yes the calculations for both parallel & series systems
THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Thank you very much
Is the CRE exam more difficult than the CQE exam?
Hey Dee!
To be honest, I've never sat for the CRE exam, so I don't have any personal experience.
But just by looking at the body of knowledge for CRE, and the overall passing rate, I'd guess that CRE was more difficult
what if the reliability of one part in the process is 1 then U=1-1=0 so R=1-(0*..*...) =1 then the reliability is equal to 1
can we have this case ??
Hey Hamza, no we cannot have this case.
It is impossible for any item/part or whatever to have an reliability of 100%.
Nothing is 100% reliable.
