I can relate to the way that you said that you enjoyed it. People think I'm weird for saying that now but after suffering with bladder issues for so long, it was a blessing to cathe. Your bladder can cause severe anxiety and it was all I could think about sometimes. Thank you for sharing

Why do you feel that you have to disclose the fact that you perform intermittant self catherization? it is nobody's business. You do this in private in the toilet. Other than sharing your story in this video which is helpful to those others that have to do this, you do not have to tell those people around you whether they are friends or people you work with that you perform CIC. My wife has been doing this for thirty years and nobody knows about it but myself and our adult children. There is no shame, but it is not something that has to be announced.

Krista thank you for sharing your experience with CIC. I too have MS and your openness really out me at ease knowing that this is part of having MS. The MS diagnosis can be very devastating if you let it but, I choose to go on with my life and deal with the occurrences as they come.
Bob Spera it looks like you work in the health care field shame on you for making that comment to Krista. If you don't like it don't watch it, move on and let us learn.

If there is no shame why are you complaining?

do you have to do it ? NO. stop telling other people not to share things that go on their life. dont stigmatize it.
