Omg, I feel you on the carbonation. I’ve been having trouble tuning that in. I’ve been bottle conditioning, but think I will be taking a few pointers from you. Time to upgrade!😅

Man it's tuff I felt like I had a pretty good handle of bottle conditioning brews, but even thoughts have been hot or miss lately too.
Kegging has seemed to be getting better, now it's just a matter of transferring kegged brew to the bottles. Getting closer everytime I work on it I feel like!
Cheers my friend! Thanks for the support!

Good video. I never got a beer gun because they are kind of spendy and I only have 1 co2 tank. I do like you said - I bottle condition a few for giving out. The rest is kegged.

Thank you sir! I didn't really want to spend the money and regret it, but I felt like the beer gun was the most cost effective way to get into it.
Ive for sure had fun kegging, the tuffest part of it all is deciding if the brew should be bottle conditioned or not!
Cheers and Thanks for the support!

Once I finish my kegerator setup, I'll have a dedicated co2 line just for misc things like my beer gun, but now I need a Jaggers vid just on how you master it.

My auxiliary bottle of 02 is used for bottling, and the mobile beer setup. I haven't quite mastered either just yet but I feel like I'm close! Cheers Patrick and thanks for the support!

Good stuff. I use counter pressure filler that took some time to figure out, but it’s been great. Bottled beer comes out exactly as the keg, and holds well for several months. The only thing I don’t like it’s that it is a slow process, and I get tired pretty much after 12 bottles. I’m looking at canning now. That seems to be the way of the future.

Canning definitely seems like it would be fun to play with and get into. Figured I better get a little better at bottling from the keg before going that route.
I'm thinking of trying a counter pressure out maybe sometime next year, I feel like I've got a routine down, just need to tighten up on carbonation levels.
Cheers my friend, and thank you so much for the support!
