Oxtail is definitely not overrated. You must've had it cooked by someone who couldn't cook. If you've never had it Jamaican style, that could certainly explain why you've never had good oxtail.
@@secretagent4610 I never said I've never had "good oxtail". I'm married to a Carribean woman and have had it cooked by multiple different people. Not to mention I'm from Louisiana and we cook it a lot down there. I just think it overrated. There are other parts of the COW that are better.(there's no such thing as an ox) LOL
@@jdrobin1 Interesting. I like oxtail more than I like filet mignon. It's so tender and fatty and full of flavor, it just melts in your mouth. I think it just might be the best part of the cow in my opinion.
