How can i thank you from my dark, bruised heart and soul. Seeing light love and peace for decades? I say thank you God for bringing angels, guides and beautiful people to me always when im ready to claw my back to healing and is my purpose to just * heal*? Im begging to know what is my purpose? A goal? It cant be this? Then i come across this. Thank you for years of your gifts paid and unpaid . You both are changing the world by your help in healing and directing us all ❤🙏🙏❤
Thank you Leanne for your delightful comment, we're so blessed to have been able to do this for so long alongside you guys. We learn and we share that because you all create a space for us to do so, and for that, we're immensely grateful to all of you. 💜😊 ~M
As one who has been searching for years to find my place in this world, I truly appreciate your thoughtful and important work. This video has given me better insights into the difference between meaning and purpose and opened a door for further focused introspection. It's so difficult to be still and quiet to really find what brings me joy and what changes need to be made to try and find my way back to a more meaningful path. I'm looking forward to applying what I've learned from your video and will hopefully begin pulling my feet out of the quick sand! Thank you again for sharing your insights and guidance.
I thank you sincerely for this beautifully made video presentation on the meaning and purpose of life. For me, I always remain true to myself and my values and this gives me great comfort. In turn, I can then help others. I am still learning to deal with the immense pain and despair I feel everyday in this world of ours, and try to come to terms with those who have abandoned their spirit and soul and values such as integrity, kindness, compassion and love. This deeply pains me but I derive great comfort in knowing there are others like me and that little by little, all of our individual efforts can grow into a collective that can melt the darker side of humanity and that the light of human kindness and love will consume that darkness that seeks to take over. I wish everyone Peace, Fulfillment and surrender to our souls and spirits so that we may all move forward together stronger in our individual pursuit of the meaning and purpose of life. ❤
Thank you for this brilliant and as always perfectly timed video. Your content and suggestions really gave me food for thought at a time when I have a lot of soul exploration to do. Thank you again for all your beautiful work ❤
Sometimes it is best to just listen without thinking. This excellent video gave me a key to that opportunity and space to hear with the innate inner ear. Feel without the ego coming in to steal. Headphones on, alone in my room, curtains closed, eyes switched on and ears clear. This wonderful Vidio of spiritual gold took me to the top of my tree where I could sit upon my safe branch and enjoy being free. I really appreciate and I am so grateful for the magnificent heartwork put into this authentic masterpiece of love by the beautiful souls that Produced it. Blessings to you all. From Gedi 🙏
My meaning of Life is the gift of healing myself and show others how to heal and help themselves. I enjoyed your explanation along with your beautiful scenery in the video.
My perspective is "meaning" is a general term and the physical is created to play with the illusion of separation, polarity and vulnerability. "Purpose" is the individual pathway we choose to experience back to unity consciousness. What an amazing ride it is!
Interesting perspective! And it's an amazing (crazy, at times terrifying) ride, that's for sure! 🐺 At the end of the day, we're all in this together. ~AL
Foundation is my most important meaning. To be able to remain grounded within the chaos of the world and how fast moving it is. Self respect is most important to me in order to respect anyone else. Family is my most important priority aside from working on my needs. I often find myself being misunderstood by others. I do my best to be neutral. I’ve learned most from life to not pay attention to the distractions but, to acknowledge it and move on. I’m still learning new tools every day. ❤much love thank you
Excellent video! You have a breadth of quotes. You give great direction and exercises. I would like to hear more. However, I don't like the more spiritual aspects of spirit and soul. I hope you too continue searching for objective meaning.
Thanks for the kind words. I think we may be the wrong channel if you're after objective meaning because we don't believe there is such a thing. Meaning by its very nature is subjective and interpretive. There is already a lot of reductionistic content out there, but you may like to explore figures like Bernardo Kastrup for more scholarly explorations, which is beyond the scope of what we do. ~M
Mine would be to find true purpose and to use my knowledge, talents, and passions in a meaningful helpful way for people and nature around me. This video is very helpful and meditative- will be listening to again!
This is excellent. Very thorough. I didn't previously understand the distinction between meaning and purpose, so thank you for that. I have examined each of the seven paths separately and I appreciate you bringing them all together like this. The sum is greater. Thank you.
Searching for life's purposes and meaning will set the seeker against religious bodies. Or, the religious bodies against the seeker of life's purpose. It takes a special quality to be in this chaotic world and be seeking for meaning of life.
whats the matter can't sleep? clairity clairity clairity You want the customary clarity or the new-and-improved kind of clarity? in the land of the blind the one eyed man is king""
When, where, and to whom we were born would seem to form the parameters of both meaning and purpose to a life. Yet I don’t think we discover either one. I think we are left with the responsibility of creating them within those parameters that make up each individual life. The universe is an endlessly creative, continuously evolving whole of which we are a part. It seems unlikely that we are, somehow, excluded or excused from being an integral part of that continuous creativity. Some of what we create is of value and lasts, Some of what we create is deeply flawed and quickly fades. Most of what we create is likely a blend with, hopefully, a trend toward becoming more valuable. If there is some kind of reckoning after our sojourn here, I don’t think it will focus on what we found or how we acted. I think it will focus on what we created. Did we create relationships that mattered and were helped? Did we create music or art or poetry, something of beauty and wonder? Did we come up with new ideas, new tools, better ways of doing things? Did we create compassion, tolerance, gratitude, gentleness, and wisdom in our life and help others create the same in their lives? And if there is no reckoning? Being a creator of value would have made our life and the lives of those who shared our journey better. And that is creatively of the highest value. At least to me.
so your mind has awakened and now you can do anything. what shall we do now? What shall we use To fill the empty Spaces Where waves of hunger roar? Shall we set out across this sea of faces In search of more and more applause? Shall we buy a new guitar? Shall we drive a more powerful car? Shall we work straight through the night? Shall we get into fights? Leave the lights on? Drop bombs? Do tours of the East? Contract diseases? Bury bones? Break up homes? Send flowers by phone? Take to drink? Go to shrinks? Give up meat? Rarely sleep? Keep people as pets? Train dogs? Race rats? Fill the attic with cash? Bury treasure Store up leisure But never relax at all? With our backs to the wall
you just lost me at "build a soul". that is so egotistical. i thought you believed that we are souls having human experiences, not humans capable of "building souls". i just subscribed, but i'm unsubscribing now. very disappointing. but, hey, you do you, i guess. no hard feelings. p.s. i do believe that our souls come here to learn and grow from physical experience, but that's not what you said, or even implied.
Do what resonates with you. But the full quote was this, by professor Bonnie Glass-Coffin: "As I have come to realize through my life’s journey, the purpose of our human embodiment is, actually, to grow a soul. Like the making of a body during nine months of gestation, soul-making is also a process. For, although we are born with it, our soul continues to develop with every life experience. Our sufferings are simply the secretions that add to its luster-like a pearl inside an oyster. Making soul is the process of a lifetime, or several lifetimes. Mystics, saints, and shamans of ages past and of today, from places far and near, refer to this eternal sojourn in many ways, yet whatever terms are used implies a conscious engagement with our true potential as divine partners in creation. This is what it means to “grow a soul.” This is what it means to commune with our essential nature."
This comment is unnecessarily rude. Clearly, you misunderstood the quote and decided to have a childish reaction to it. Be a better person and communicate respectfully. Ask for clarification if you're confused about something.

Amazing as always, and to the one willing to hear will be a valuable shortcut through years, if not decades, of soul-searching.
