These are the best RVs. You guys really make them a home, livable space. I’m always disappointed in other RV manufacturers who can’t seem to build more cabinets and usable spaces but instead waste space and fill it with nothing or things that don’t add to comfort and practicality. Love this but for what we would love is this as a toyhauler. Need that mid bunk as well as garage patio if it was available.also I live in rental where I had to provide my own appliances so could I use those instead of what comes with the unit

We are currently researching for our next 5th wheel and have been quite impressed with the quality of the Luxe units. However the wiring and hydraulic lines are appalling for a unit in this price point. Shows where they are cutting costs and not taking pride in the little things that should be setting them apart from the lower quality brands. The front storage bay is a mess with everything atleast 50% longer than they need to be and just zip tied up. What are the areas that we dont get to see like? Come on Luxe, make the cables and hydraulic lines neat and tidy, cut to proper length.

Hi Brienne, Awesome rig! I was wondering what type of truck owners usually use to pull your rigs. Most of them have very high hitch weight. This one has a dry hitch weight of 4,800. By the time you load up the rig, the truck plus passengers you are at the limit of most duallys. Those Chevy's 5500 HD looks very commercial, not family friendly and very expensive. Thanks in advanced. PS. Your 5th wheels are very impressive except for one thing. The SHOWERS! They are plain, small and they look like any other shower on a mass produced rig. Take a look at Jayco's Pinnacle and the new North Points or Crossroad's Redwood. Those have much nicer showers. If you are a full timer you need a nice, comfortable shower.

What always bothers me about these mid den floorplans (not just luxe either, everyone seems to get it wrong) is the fact that in the mid bunk, there is always a television (or television mount) thoughtlessly placed within the desk area right in front of where your computer should be (not even a bit off center either, its always RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE), which makes using them both an impossible task. If the washer dryer was put in the master closet, or elsewhere for that matter, and the remaining closet was placed in the center instead of on the far left, the desk and dresser area would be separated in such a way that using both could be feasible at the same time. Someone could be on the sofa, watching the television, while another could be using the desk area for computer work, sewing, etc (provided they are comfortable with, or have a contingency plan for the noise that accompanies a tv). This seems to always escape the minds of rv manufacturers and it is ever frustrating, considering that that specific change would allow it to appeal to a wider customer base because of that feature. If someone could provide some strong valid insight as to why this is always like this, I'd love to hear it, but to me, having a television mounted directly where your laptop should be used, or having to pick between if a television should be mounted or if your laptop should be used there instead makes no sense to me. Lastly, my only other issue with this coach would be the amount of bathroom counter space in what is intended to be a shared space. It seems a bit small for a coach designed to sleep at least 4 to 5 people. I'd imagine that a smaller sink would still accomplish the purpose of the bathroom, but counter space, a treasured necessity, would be a lovely addition to this, and any other products you have lacking. Otherwise, I was very pleased with this coach's rear living design. And those tweaks, few but life changing, would influence myself and A LOT of other buyers to consider this brand. Especially since the price tag necessitates being different and better than the rest. In any case, this is still a lovely coach and I commend the designers on such a wonderful job with the decor, storage space and interior appliances, upholstery and finishes.
Another possible compromise to the tv issue would be taking out the washer dryer and leaving the closet on the far left, but mounting the television in such a way that it is either in the center, or the far right and then putting the hole for the desk chair on the other side of it. The only thing that would be sacrificed would be television size, but at least they wouldn't be blocking each other completely.

Luxe would be an excellent product for those of us, in the outdoor amusement business, circus production, and movie production. Plus the running gear is heavy duty and proven with MORyde suspension and 17.5" radial tires. It seems like the competition, is going in the opposite direction, with light leaf springs and 15" and 16" tires, things that I would normally see on a travel trailer and not a fifth wheel.

These are the best RVs. You guys really make them a home, livable space. I’m always disappointed in other RV manufacturers who can’t seem to build more cabinets and usable spaces but instead waste space and fill it with nothing or things that don’t add to comfort and practicality. We are currently researching for our next 5th wheel and have been quite impressed with the quality of the Luxe units. However the wiring and hydraulic lines are appalling for a unit in this price point. Shows where they are cutting costs and not taking pride in the little things that should be setting them apart from the lower quality brands. The front storage bay is a mess with everything atleast 50% longer than they need to be and just zip tied up. What are the areas that we dont get to see like? Come on Luxe, make the cables and hydraulic lines neat and tidy, cut to proper length.

Awesome rig!
I was wondering what type of truck owners usually use to pull your rigs. Most of them have very high hitch weight. This one has a dry hitch weight of 4,800. By the time you load up the rig, the truck plus passengers you are at the limit of most duallys. Those Chevy's 5500 HD looks very commercial, not family friendly and very expensive.

PS. Your 5th wheels are very impressive except for one thing. The SHOWERS! They are plain, small and they look like any other shower on a mass produced rig. Take a look at Jayco's Pinnacle and the new North Points or Crossroad's Redwood. Those have much nicer showers. If you are a full timer you need a nice, comfortable shower.

I love just about everything in the model except the bathroom. if I wanted to totally change that bathroom layout (change the orientation of the shower, move the toilet, enlarge the counter, delete the linen closet), is that an option?

What always bothers me about these mid den floorplans (not just luxe either, everyone seems to get it wrong) is the fact that in the mid bunk, there is always a television (or television mount) thoughtlessly placed within the desk area right in front of where your computer should be (not even a bit off center either, its always RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE), which makes using them both an impossible task. If the washer dryer was put in the master closet, or elsewhere for that matter, and the remaining closet was placed in the center instead of on the far left, the desk and dresser area would be separated in such a way that using both could be feasible at the same time. Someone could be on the sofa, watching the television, while another could be using the desk area for computer work, sewing, etc (provided they are comfortable with, or have a contingency plan for the noise that accompanies a tv). This seems to always escape the minds of rv manufacturers and it is ever frustrating, considering that that specific change would allow it to appeal to a wider customer base because of that feature. If someone could provide some strong valid insight as to why this is always like this, I'd love to hear it, but to me, having a television mounted directly where your laptop should be used, or having to pick between if a television should be mounted or if your laptop should be used there instead makes no sense to me. Lastly, my only other issue with this coach would be the amount of bathroom counter space in what is intended to be a shared space. It seems a bit small for a coach designed to sleep at least 4 to 5 people. I'd imagine that a smaller sink would still accomplish the purpose of the bathroom, but counter space, a treasured necessity, would be a lovely addition to this, and any other products you have lacking. Otherwise, I was very pleased with this coach's rear living design. And those tweaks, few but life changing, would influence myself and A LOT of other buyers to consider this brand. Especially since the price tag necessitates being different and better than the rest. In any case, this is still a lovely coach and I commend the designers on such a wonderful job with the decor, storage space and interior appliances, upholstery and finishes.
Another possible compromise to the tv issue would be taking out the washer dryer and leaving the closet on the far left, but mounting the television in such a way that it is either in the center, or the far right and then putting the hole for the desk chair on the other side of it. The only thing that would be sacrificed would be television size, but at least they wouldn't be blocking each other completely.

This would be my first choice if the right opportunity comes about where I might need to move out of state for work and still have my wife and son with me. Love the flexibility of that mid bunk/den space. What's the round about dry weight? I know it's max gross weight is 24k lbs.

Luxe would be an excellent product for those of us, in the outdoor amusement business, circus production, and movie production. Plus the running gear is heavy duty and proven with MORyde suspension and 17.5" radial tires. It seems like the competition, is going in the opposite direction, with light leaf springs and 15" and 16" tires, things that I would normally see on a travel trailer and not a fifth wheel.

There are gorgeous ones much much cheaper...go for it. Try northpoint 377 same layout. I went for that. Great quality and dont have to sell a kidney to buy it.
