I had the same problem with my Vario bund strap as you had with the second one... pin holding the buckle exploded out before I could even put the watch on. I replaced it, and have loved the strap since.
Yeah I've had that happen with a couple of straps. New pin and it's all good.
I had a Bund strap in the1970s, when they were extremely popular. It was very nice of Vario to send you a couple of straps. The Dan Henry looks good on the black Bund strap.
I agree, it suits the watch even better than I thought it would.

I agree - generally not my style - But this black one did kind of save the Dan Henry - I like that watch on it, and will def wear it when I'm in a weird mood :)
Hi Norman. Bund straps belong more to the chunky watches of the 1970's. They were pretty common at the time.

Yeah, I remember Bund, it was a military application, but make little watches bigger, try on an 18 ml lug watch.,The Dan Henry looked great.
With the DH it somehow does the opposite, its size seems tamed by the strap hehe
