the more that I watch this I notice that people are willing to plea deal instead of a jury trial or have the judge be the jury ......which is very stupid, because in a Jury trial if your lawyer is skillful enough may get you off, this just shows that lawyers have no litigation skills, true they know the law because they passed the bar but don't know how to speak or perform in front of a jury,

Yeah but if they find him guilty the jury would more then likely give him the max my guess would be he has a public defender probably would want to hire your own attorney for something this serious

You don't know much about Texas juries, do you?
Not to mention. It's likely, through the discovery process, the defense lawyer said a jury will MORE than likely find them guilty. When there is enough evidence or video pretty much showing the crime, not even F. Lee Bailey or Johnny Cochran can get them off.

@@aodhhanswtor7252 ...plea deals are actually the maximum a defendant will get regardless. the D.A and the Defense attorneys know this, on one side they get rid of cases quickly, and on the other side the Defense Attorneys know that most of their clients don't have enough money to pay them, that's if it's a private Attorney a public just like the D.A. process them as quickly as possible........if you go in front of the jury you have 12 people who will listen to your case, they will listen what happens that day, and for the most part will problem give the same sentence or a lighter sentence.....the con job is getting a plea deal, most of these people are not educated enough and the D.A knows that....

@@warriordog4094 you are absolutely INCORRECT. plea deals are NOT the maximum sentence a defendant can or will recieve if they go to trail they will almost always get the max that their charge allows. Thats the "benefit" of a plea. What you state is actually opposite of the truth

@@warriordog4094 No way for a crime like this he will 100% get the max in a jury trial and when its a felony I dont think they can grant probation only yhe judge can

Another thing this judge does that’s stupid that once the parenting classes are completed then 200 hours of community service are waived. I get the motivation but it’s just stupid
