I am starting FR now please can you suggest if I only focus on the topics you said will I be able to score good marks. Or leaving other topics will be risky as I am going for both groups

Obviously not. This video is just for focussing more on these topics rather than leaving all those. And yes what you can do is, do these topics thoroughly and add some 8-9 small topics. With that you will be able to score very good marks if you don't have sufficient time to cover everything.
