This works awesome! I Made a hitch tender with a ring and a loop of paracord, which did work, but this is much better. I didn't have any D rings, but I had an old choke chain, so I cut the rings off the ends and made two of these. With the round rings, I found that four loops on the end instead of six worked best. You do an excellent job with your tutorials, by the way!
I used the Wild Edge Inc system (the poor blocker), but this is great! And personally I think the stiffness of your system you use in your ligature is better functionally. Very well!
Nice video. I enjoyed it. Besides a D-loop, you can also use a round key-ring type loop. (PS. At first I thought had a blacked-eye on you left side, LOL Then realized it was the lighting!)
Im new to saddle hunting. By chance do you sale these ? Love your channel some of the best information I have found on you tube on the knots hitches etc.
Very creative way to customize your gear, I like it!
Thanks!

Send us an email at doitthenoutdoors@gmail.com. Any chance you are local to CT?
I would think that a spring clamp would work much better than that big weight.
Nice idea though.
Can you give the size of the d ring. The Amazon link is dead.
Is this a cobra hitch?
Is this a cobra hitch?
Yeah I think it’s what they call a cobra weave. I basically watched a video of making a 550 bracelet and used the same concept for this hitch tender.
