He definitely will become a special grade. Young Gojo with blue is enough to be classified as special grade, and that should be the minimum a limitless + six eyes user should have and Mahoraga beat them.
If Megumee is able to defeat Maho himself. He would need to have even bigger cursed energy bank, mastered efficient use of ten shadows, owns at least 1 overpowered cursed tools. Have even greater BiQ, unlocked the deer and mastered fusions and utilities of the shadow and even completed Domain which actually maybe an open domain. RCT is incredibly hard to pull off even for Satoru, and he was a Jujutsu prodigy with the Limitless/Six Eyes. Moreover, RCT was also the key factor in allowing Satoru to maintain Infinity at all times and to have infinite cursed energy by refreshing his brain. In the Dagon fight he could have not opened a domain, but instead summoned mahoraga and told it to break the barrier from the outside. It would have worked faster than his domain did imo, and would have led to Dagon being one tapped by the sword of extermination. Depending on the timing of those events, it would have left Nanami, Maki and Naobito in much better shape, and prevented Jogo from doing anything but dying bc I’m sorry no amount of Jogoat memes will make him even a challenge for a sword that can one tap a curse. If Toji pulls up his target would he mahorag and with no weapons he’s getting bulldozed. Toji and Jogo are both strong as fuck but not as strong as Mahoraga and without his tools there’s not much Toji could really do. This would have prevented a lot of deaths, as no jogo means Yuji only consumes 1 finger, so Sukuna wouldn’t be able to take control and kill thousands fighting mahoraga like he did in cannon.

So he’d either need to enter it, like he did, or break the barrier from the outside. He could probably do that without mahoraga, but not fast enough to save the 3 stuck inside so I think he’d use makora to handle the domain and it’s caster regardless of whether he explicitly needed to. Megumis smart and generally cautious, he’d know anyone with a domain expansion at all is a big threat, and as far as I know the CE cost of the 10S is in summoning the shikigami not maintaining their existence, so he’d just have mahoraga walking around with him and the gang.
He would be classified as a special grade sorcerer like yuta with rika with a complete set of his 10 shikigami, including mahoraga, which would be insane because he could use totality on any of his shikigami even himself all of the possibilities are endless with mahoraga and the others he could fuse his shikigami to fit roles where they are needed like piercing ox fused with white rabbit just makes a infinite stampede or he could train with white deer to increase his curse energy efficiency. Megumi will easily be the 5th special grade sorcerer if he tamed Mahoraga even if Megumi doesn't learn RCT having mahoraga as a a Shikigami is insane and more OP than Yuta having Rika. Having Mahoraga already makes his technique complete so he can finally perfect his Domain Expansion and he would be very near Gojo level or even Gojo level. But even w/o mahoraga it is still the craziest trump card of the sorcerers having that Shadow King of a Shikigami hiding. Mahoragas blade of exorcism easily kills the special graded curses/cursed spirits and even the disaster curses. I still find it hard to believe that Megumi is only grade 2 while Yuji's grade 1 but Yuji did defeat Mahito so it's kinda fair but the gods of JJK Gojo and Sukuna always hyping the uncovered potential of Megumi says a LOT.
Megumi doesn't even need to master RCT right away since Round Deer exists. Incredibly OP, for sure. But being more OP than Yuta? That's debatable. Yuta has, for all intents and purposes, one of the most broken innate techniques due to the possibility that he may be able to copy 10S too, and only God knows what Yuta, with his gigantic amount CE can cook with Rika and Mahoraga in his arsenal, although since we know neither the intricacies nor the limits of Yuta's technique, that's relegated to being merely a possibility. I'd say that Prime Megumi is likely relative to Prime Yuta, or a little below him. He'd definitely be NEAR Gojo level or upper special grade, NO QUESTION, though likely never AT his level. There is this COLOSSAL gap that exists between Gojo and Sukuna and the rest of the sorcerers/curse users/cursed spirits and people don't acknowledge it enough. Satoru was even confident in destroying Mahoraga in one-shot, and that was a Mahoraga that was under Sukuna himself. Megumi would never have the same refinement that Sukuna has in 10S or that Gojo has when it comes to CE manipulation. Also, Takaba exists. Megumi with completed 10S and CSG is definitely in the top 10 of the verse, no questions about it. Had that been the version of Megumi in Shibuya, Kenjaku's plan would have ended miserably and there'd be no 140 m circle of nothing in that area.

I stand by the theory that Megumi and Toji were fated to finally tame Mahoraga. Is it any coincidence that the child of the first zero-CE Heavenly Restriction bearer in recorded history was the only one to inherit the Ten Shadows? If a Domain Expansion, the absolute pinnacle of jujutsu, is completely unable to even register the existence of someone like Toji, let alone contain and target him with a sure-hit, then the Ten Shadows summoning ritual sure as hell wouldn't be able to either. That means if he were to assist Megumi in the summoning ritual, he more than likely would not be considered in the taming process, allowing the full credit of Mahoraga's exorcism to go to Megumi alone, thus taming it. In addition, a key component of Toji's kit was his wide arsenal of cursed tools--each with completely unique abilities that would have to be adapted to individually. Aka Mahoraga's greatest weakness. Taming Mahoraga alone would put Megumi in Speacial Grade Sorceror tier. Sukuna needed 15 fingers to put him down, where just 1-3 fingers power worth puts you at special grade level.

The thing is that Megumi is one of the smartest characters in the series. Mahoraga, in my eyes, is like an animal. It acts solely based on instinct and instinct alone. However, if it had someone controlling it like Megumi, then it'd instantly become a lot more dangerous because it can be used more strategically and in tandem with its user, on top of other Shikigami being able to be used

megumi/mahoraga vs Toji would require megumi to have access to RCT to last long enough. Otherwise Toji would rush down the shikigami user and it's game over and evade Mahoraga for the most part. Applying Mahoraga's dharma wheel to himself (if he can even pull it off) would still require RCT because Toji can still oneshot/fatally injure Megumi before the wheel goes off. As far as we know, Megumi didn't have round deer at Shibuya (otherwise he would've just healed after fighting Toji) and he didn't learn RCT himself, so the Toji fight is super hard. In conclusion, Mahorga's not that big a game changer if the shikigami user is weak. I would say Megumi needs to be a fighter on par with Hakari to even contend at that level. I believe the 10 shadows technique is truly intended to just buff the user like how Sukuna used it as oppose to summon shikigamis.

Moreover, RCT was also the key factor in allowing Satoru to maintain Infinity at all times and to have infinite cursed energy by refreshing his brain.
So really, it comes down to the fact that that Limitless/Six Eyes user either never unlocked RCT, and therefore Reversal Red, Hollow Purple, Infinite Infinity and Infinite Cursed Energy, or has significant talent to have lost to the Zen'in clan leader. In the Dagon fight he could have not opened a domain, but instead summoned mahoraga and told it to break the barrier from the outside. It would have worked faster than his domain did imo, and would have led to Dagon being one tapped by the sword of extermination.
Depending on the timing of those events, it would have left Nanami, Maki and Naobito in much better shape, and prevented Jogo from doing anything but dying bc I’m sorry no amount of Jogoat memes will make him even a challenge for a sword that can one tap a curse.
If Toji pulls up his target would he mahorag and with no weapons he’s getting bulldozed. Toji and Jogo are both strong as fuck but not as strong as Mahoraga and without his tools there’s not much Toji could really do.

So he’d either need to enter it, like he did, or break the barrier from the outside. He could probably do that without mahoraga, but not fast enough to save the 3 stuck inside so I think he’d use makora to handle the domain and it’s caster regardless of whether he explicitly needed to. Megumis smart and generally cautious, he’d know anyone with a domain expansion at all is a big threat, and as far as I know the CE cost of the 10S is in summoning the shikigami not maintaining their existence, so he’d just have mahoraga walking around with him and the gang.

He'd definitely be NEAR Gojo level or upper special grade, NO QUESTION, though likely never AT his level. There is this COLOSSAL gap that exists between Gojo and Sukuna and the rest of the sorcerers/curse users/cursed spirits and people don't acknowledge it enough. Satoru was even confident in destroying Mahoraga in one-shot, and that was a Mahoraga that was under Sukuna himself. Megumi would never have the same refinement that Sukuna has in 10S or that Gojo has when it comes to CE manipulation.

Is it any coincidence that the child of the first zero-CE Heavenly Restriction bearer in recorded history was the only one to inherit the Ten Shadows? If a Domain Expansion, the absolute pinnacle of jujutsu, is completely unable to even register the existence of someone like Toji, let alone contain and target him with a sure-hit, then the Ten Shadows summoning ritual sure as hell wouldn't be able to either. That means if he were to assist Megumi in the summoning ritual, he more than likely would not be considered in the taming process, allowing the full credit of Mahoraga's exorcism to go to Megumi alone, thus taming it. To be fair, the second six eyes user was a fodder, the first and the fourth (gojo) were by far the strongests
megumi/mahoraga vs Toji would require megumi to have access to RCT to last long enough. Otherwise Toji would rush down the shikigami user and it's game over and evade Mahoraga for the most part. Applying Mahoraga's dharma wheel to himself (if he can even pull it off) would still require RCT because Toji can still oneshot/fatally injure Megumi before the wheel goes off. As far as we know, Megumi didn't have round deer at Shibuya (otherwise he would've just healed after fighting Toji) and he didn't learn RCT himself, so the Toji fight is super hard. In conclusion, Mahorga's not that big a game changer if the shikigami user is weak. I would say Megumi needs to be a fighter on par with Hakari to even contend at that level. I believe the 10 shadows technique is truly intended to just buff the user like how Sukuna used it as oppose to summon shikigamis.
