Watching that game yesterday as a Twolves fan was actually kinda sad to watch, like I thought his level of play will always be there until the day he retires, but in that game it looked like his age caught up to him.
To fix the all star game: Switch the playoff seeding to 1-16 across the whole league Whichever conference wins the all star game gets automatic tie breakers over the other conference in terms of seeding (conference record decides tie breakers between teams in the same conference)
I like this. Especially having all teams in the seeding, instead of per conference is a huge upgrade. Personally I ike more than one western conference team, so there would be way more games that I'm invested in. I'm pretty sure many people have this, or the other way around that they like more than one east team and would love both to have their own run and the possibility to end up in the finals. The conference system is such an outdated and weird system and it limits how legitimate a championship can really be if you never have to face teams from the other conference until the final matchup. They do need to have a few more in-season games against opposing conferences for it to work, meaning more travel time, but just add a week or 2 to the season's length to compensate, so players have time to recover from travel.
I think its def age that is hindering his performance but also I think him trying to play all 82 is just unrealistic and he should def try to prioritize rest
Brons also no longer shooting in practice he coaching sometimes he’s not even in gear Bronny is a solid defensive player especially off the bench but Bryce is already a monster in college playing with other freak athletes like Rodmans son it’s also who he played with Bryce is a demon
Putting up all star numbers and borderline all nba numbers at 40 is washed now 😂? Tf kinda standards are set for him? You expect him to average MVP numbers?
Putting up 22 Pts at below average efficiency is all NBA now? Yea he has 9 AST a night, but a lot of these are Harden style assists, where he just passes the ball to AD and let him go to work. I don't think he's washed but he is falling off hard now and actually a detriment to his team. If he doesnt come back up to at least being good, there is no way he could make an all NBA team.
Lakers as a whole have just looked like a disaster, despite what their record says. Lebron looks gassed only 20 games into the season, AD's defense has slipped a bit this year, which has resulted in them having the 24th ranked Net Defense, D'Lo has been the worst version of D'lo, and Vincent, Reddish and Christie 3 guys who are each averaging around 18-20 minutes a game, are combining for about 13 PPG
His game has always been far too reliant on his legendary athleticism and now that it has declined in comparison to the opposition ... It looks bad. Real Bad
lebron's shooting really stinks and its just highlighted every single time right now.. KD would be a much better player than lebron at the same age if he doesnt get injured just because of his Pure shooting ability..
@@legenddaryl537 MJ was orders of magnitude better as a shooter than LeBron late in his career. if LeBron didn't have AD to pad his assist numbers (and assists are counted so generously now) and just stand around by the paint on defense to grab rebounds, he would look worse than Kobe in his last season...

Give Bronny Sr a break. He just got eliminated from the NBA Cup that would've been his GOAT-tying SIXTH title and more importantly the GOAT-defining first Father-Son MVP award and it's all the Lakers fault.
@theheebs100 I was seriously trying to be funny but nobody reacted to the father-son MVP take. Lebron Washed/Lebron Beats Father Time, same click bait. The in-season tournament is just an Adam Silver invention to help ratings because fewer people are watching. Only the gamblers are taking the NBA Cup seriously. It would have been great for Bronny and Bronny Jr to share the MVP moment but the Lakers are just not good enough this year. Last year they made Bronny Sr the MVP even though AD was the best Laker of the tournament. It's all a show. Takes don't matter. We're just making money for the RUclips content creators.
Putting up nearly 20ppg isn't washed. Washed is like 8ppg or less. Maybe for the Monday 5 he gets his production is low, but you know he can still kick it into high gear for times when it's needed. I say this as somebody who really hated LeBron in the East vs my Celtics every year.

Those clips he was not playing at an all-star level. He was just legit bad. There could be many reasons, but don't sugarcoat it. He started the season red-hot, but this is the complete opposite. In a way, an all-star nomination comes from having an overall good performance. That's a lie. They just don't count his playoff games, the last one with less than 10 was in 2014, against the Pacers. Go to statmuse, enter "lebron: games with less than 10 points, including playoffs"... Since then, he played 798 games.

i would have agreed but the "no turnovers" is IMPOSSIBLE.. thats the hardest thing for lebron especially now because hes on PACE for his WORST TO season
Why people still mentioning his FALSE 10+pt streak??? His real streak already broken few times in the playoffs! MJ still holds the true streak of combined seasonal and playoffs 10+pts scoring at over 1000 games and lebron streak is just over half of that, not even close!
We’re all expecting a fake injury and a 2 week layoff. He’ll be back to mvp form and stat padding. I’d be highly disappointed if he doesn’t get back in the asprins
While I never really thought LeBron was as good in his later years, seeing some actual stinkers of games for a stretch is certainly new to me. I'm not completely convinced this is simply age catching him up, it could also just be exactly what it is, just a stretch of sinkers of games. Stuff that every player can have, even younger ones. He could be suffering from illness, some injury that is nagging him and he is trying to play through, or some other discomfort, frankly we don't know. We've seen Luka have some stinkers of games before too and he is in his prime. Basically he always has a few injuries he is playing through. In some of the last playoff games he could barely run, let alone defend for longer than 1 possession. The difference here is that an aging LeBron is still relying on his athleticism a lot, while Luka does not. For Luka a bad game vs a good game is a struggle to make 25+ vs an easy 30+ game, where he also is engaged as a defender and has a ton of assists. Also that article from the ringer, is that really worth discussing here? If that kinda stuff interested me, I would read the article myself. It is basically just rehashing content from people I don't really care about, despite the ringer (mostly) having reasonable articles.
Fun fact this season LeBron only does good against bad teams Look at all his triple doubles this year lmao He still is the best 39 year old to play nba
He may be washed but needs restricted minutes or rest first to really know. Playoffs to Olympics to season is a lot for a young player. I even heard ppl saying Wemby looked gassed early when his play was bad.
The only reason LeBron looks washed now is because since 2018 he has averaged only 57 games played per season. Now, that LeBron has decided he wants to play 82 games, you’re seeing how his averages decline because he’s not strategically taking off games, to protect his averages - like he’s been doing for the last 7 years. And for the entirety of LeBron’s career, he’s missed nearly three seasons worth of games mainly on load management.

Watching that game yesterday as a Twolves fan was actually kinda sad to watch, like I thought his level of play will always be there until the day he retires, but in that game it looked like his age caught up to him.
To fix the all star game:
Switch the playoff seeding to 1-16 across the whole league
Whichever conference wins the all star game gets automatic tie breakers over the other conference in terms of seeding (conference record decides tie breakers between teams in the same conference)
When Lebron is on the bench, Lakers play better. Just look at the stats. He is bringing the Lakers down
Ever since that jimmyhighroller video the wheels have started to come off lebron coincidentally
Except it's not the longest streak ever. MJ holds the streak record.
I think its def age that is hindering his performance but also I think him trying to play all 82 is just unrealistic and he should def try to prioritize rest
Think he's going through a touch of the Brony syndrome
he is 40 bruh
*regular season streak of 10+ points
It took until he was a father to one of his teammates for father time to catch up to him lmao
That airball at 3:45 is outrageous 😂
Grizz is one of the teams where they have the versatility to beat any team if they are healthy. Small, big, shooters, defense, etc. they got a lineup for everything. Ultimately though, if ja can’t stay healthy then there’s no point in talking about them.
Honestly idc about him falling off at all the fact he’s still even playing is a blessing to the game truly. I’ll be appreciating every moment he has left and giving him the flowers he rightfully deserved he’s givin so much to the game and so many memories to peoples lives. Is he a perfect person no but an incredible role model for generations of kids and athletes. 💐💐🙏
I mean he just had 4 straight triple doubles , i just think his shots not falling stretch of bad games it happens hes wil be fine
Give Bronny Sr a break. He just got eliminated from the NBA Cup that would've been his GOAT-tying SIXTH title and more importantly the GOAT-defining first Father-Son MVP award and it's all the Lakers fault.
The cup I'd nowhere the same value as an actual championship. And a lot of problems the lakers have is because of lebron. Get off his nuts
The Cup is not an NBA title. If the Cup was available durning MJ time he would have 12 - 15 titles.
You are not seriously trying to call the in-season tournament a title win. There are bad takes, and then there is this bad take.
I’d like to personally blame Jxmy for this one
Remember when Buddy Hield was top 10 on the MVP ladder?
As a T-Wolves fan I’m glad we got the win. That’s what matters to me
Lebron looks like he might actually just be sick.
last year he was top 10 . this year he is 54th . crazy
Father time arrived 4 years late to Lebron.
20:00 that food advertised in tour article looks fire
Just went to full screen to get a closer look and actually nvm 😂
I was also thinking of a 4 teams all star tournament! I Share that thought with friends a while ago i like it.
Don’t forget about the Lebronto floater with the 2018 Cavs my good sir
Putting up nearly 20ppg isn't washed. Washed is like 8ppg or less. Maybe for the Monday 5 he gets his production is low, but you know he can still kick it into high gear for times when it's needed. I say this as somebody who really hated LeBron in the East vs my Celtics every year.
lol lebron hardly ever has a high gear.. do you even watch NBA?? hes not even making the playoffs if AD dont play well.. 20ppg isnt washed but lebron fans would say MJ was washed at the same age lebron is now.. and dude its only 20 games in theres 60 more games that a STEEP hill Lebron is tying to climb just to OUTDO MJ
He's putting up over 20. 22 ppg.
@@legenddaryl537Jordan retired twice, and played significant less seasons than Bron. The ages were the same, but Bron has dialed way more wear and tear on his body.
Ppg means very little if you can barely get up to the rim for a layup. Like Rusty said in the video, many players are scoring 20ppg at far better efficiency. Though I agree this is a bit early to judge, as LeBron has had many 'lapses' over the last few seasons where people said he was washed and always came back.
@@aboyisthegoat lebron only played 82 games once in his whole career.. and lebron looked like a part timer as a Laker playing almost half the games in a season.. imagine playing 50 games in a year thats the same as being retired for 2 seasons
Going from 4 straight triple doubles to now he's washed is crazy
He’s gassed, he’s turning 40, played 76 games last season including the playoffs and played the olympics over the summer
"Oooh look at me I'm Rusty Buckets" 🤣🤣
Tbh its more about the Lakers screaming for a trade
He’s not washed yet. I don’t think y’all understand what washed is. He’s still averaging a near 20 point triple double. He’s not playing at an mvp level anymore, that doesn’t mean he’s washed. He’s still playing at an all star level just not mvp.
No he isnt
@ 22 8 and 9 are all star numbers. That’s literally almost a triple double. You don’t know basketball
Those clips he was not playing at an all-star level. He was just legit bad. There could be many reasons, but don't sugarcoat it. He started the season red-hot, but this is the complete opposite. In a way, an all-star nomination comes from having an overall good performance. If he is amazing for a few weeks and then is ass for a few weeks, he averages out as very medium and will not make an all-star team. (at least not deservedly so, as he is LeBron and will get more votes because of name recognition)
Lebron could be a good 6th man now and be really good
If his name wasn’t LeBron he wouldn’t even be top 20.
Even offensive fouls in the PAINT can’t save him😂😂😂
I said LeBron would show he was gonna visually show the decline But was ignored 🥲😂 he's going to get out this slump But this is the year we mark as the official decline of my Personal 🐐 love the Page my G, Been watching for over 3 years now 🫡
Drugs finally wearing off
Held it off better than everyone ever besides Vinatieri and Brady. That’s a fact.
MJ, with 40: 20ppg, 82(!) games.
...we'll see.
@@Zett76the hate is so crazy. Watch LeBron get out of this slump and dominate yet again.
@@IDontKnow-fr3vs dude lebron can only dominate if he plays 50-60 games a season and thats just purely stats and age domination and not WINNING DOMINATION.. lebron was washed the moment he played in LA.. he cant even will his team into the playoffs by himself and needed AD to be at MVP level just to have a good winning condition.. and dude lebron played 50-60 games anyone who plays 50 games would have insane PER GAME stats just look at KD in last couple of years where he played 50 games and had a monstrous 55%-40-90 season..
@@IDontKnow-fr3vs "Dominate". Sure.
His last season mvp was 11 years ago, genius.
W film review
Gianiss and dame finally fitting together nba be very very afraid
prayed for times like this
Been waiting for this since the Heatles. 🙌🏼
Praying on a man’s downfall is weird
Should be noted that Lebron has not had a single digit game in over 1200 games or something crazy like that. Last night he had 10. Will the double digit streak finally end?
That's a lie. They just don't count his playoff games, the last one with less than 10 was in 2014, against the Pacers.
Go to statmuse, enter "lebron: games with less than 10 points, including playoffs"...
Since then, he played 798 games.
I just bought some Lebron basketball shoes last week and now I flop everywhere I go. Last night, my wife said i flopped while making love to her. Now she's asking for a divorce. Thanks Lebron!!!
Lebron ain't got the lung power to run up and down that court for 48 minutes a game no more
You can stay in tip top cardiovascular shape for much longer than you can maintain elite burst/power/quickness etc. he’s just losing that burst
He ain’t even running up no more😂 a cone on offense and defense
Part of me wants to see Lebron get another peak and show that he can get another round against Father Time.
Glover won the belt at 42 😂😂 Lebrons always been a bum
Huhh?
Why are you bringing up texiera?
LeBron, Kawhi, Westbrook or Embiid. Who needs to retire most?
Hes my goat bro hes entering his “logan” era
Flight Mike out here tweakin on his bandwagon over this
Let the goat age. Its beautiful. He is human. When he retires there will be a hole in the league
Bron lowers his colours once, he'll probably get a 40 point triple double with zero turnovers next game just for fun
i would have agreed but the "no turnovers" is IMPOSSIBLE.. thats the hardest thing for lebron especially now because hes on PACE for his WORST TO season
@@legenddaryl537his last szn with the Cavs was on par, with less assists :)
So, he stopped using steroids or??......
He can't keep getting away with it!
This looks more like he’s been in a shooting slump than him being washed per say
By now people should know bron always jumps back…he gonna average 30 for next 3-4 games 😅
Why people still mentioning his FALSE 10+pt streak??? His real streak already broken few times in the playoffs! MJ still holds the true streak of combined seasonal and playoffs 10+pts scoring at over 1000 games and lebron streak is just over half of that, not even close!
Jason terry ended that hahaha
@user-wt5lm9kv1q also broken again in 2014 ECF vs the Pacers game 5, scoring only 7pts.
HELL NO! (I can’t physically accept that my king is finally regressing and is gonna retire in the next year or two)
We’re all expecting a fake injury and a 2 week layoff. He’ll be back to mvp form and stat padding. I’d be highly disappointed if he doesn’t get back in the asprins
I always said he is Westbrook, just bigger. Imagine Westbrook with lebrons size
Honestly this guy has been DONE for a few years now but the media keeps hyping him up for some reason... 🤷
It is basically just rehashing content from people I don't really care about, despite the ringer (mostly) having reasonable articles.
at this point lebron would need to play 10 seasons more to get to 45k total points
Jesus Christ loves you
Time to take his mid season Biogenesis break.
Am I missing something cuz Lebron isn't averaging 19 he's averaging 22.
People criticize LeBron more at 40 than they these so called "new faces of the league"😂😂when he goes watch it be Curry
Fun fact this season
LeBron only does good against bad teams
Look at all his triple doubles this year lmao
He still is the best 39 year old to play nba
Any chance hes just tired? It honestly looks like hes not really trying here
Eventually not even steroids and HGH will be enough.
He may be washed but needs restricted minutes or rest first to really know. Playoffs to Olympics to season is a lot for a young player. I even heard ppl saying Wemby looked gassed early when his play was bad.
He miss bronny one the best players in the NBA 😂😂
The only reason LeBron looks washed now is because since 2018 he has averaged only 57 games played per season. Now, that LeBron has decided he wants to play 82 games, you’re seeing how his averages decline because he’s not strategically taking off games, to protect his averages - like he’s been doing for the last 7 years. And for the entirety of LeBron’s career, he’s missed nearly three seasons worth of games mainly on load management.
Bron needs to get out of LA and go join a younger contender as a 3rd option where he can still compete for titles.
good video
your first take is on a defensive player of the year, come on 😂
"Tell me? Do you bleed?"
I didn’t see any air ball
