I was a bit young for the mkwii revolution but i remember it fondly. Being born in 2005 and livimg my young childhood playing it all the way till 2012 when i kinda stopped. I still remember my first 1st place victory, first 3 stared cup, unlocking mii, and kicking ass at battle mode. Nostalgia

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is definitely fun, but this still remains my favorite Mario Kart game of all time. It just does everything right, from the mechanics of the karts and drifting, to the intensity of the races. The game also felt more rewarding when getting those star ranks. And the motion controls with the Wii Remote in the Wheel thing you got with the game, it was perfect! I know motion controls aren't for everyone, but because the button layout for things like drift and items were so comfortable, I got used to it fast and I never went back to the Gamecube Controller. Tried to do it with the Joy-Cons on the Switch and it's not the same. I miss this game...
Yeah, Mario Kart 8 is a more solid racing game but it comes off as sanitised compared to Wii’s racing mayhem. Definitely had more fun playing MKWii online than 8. And while the music in 8 is incredible, Wii has more charm.
I beat all the cups and quit the game when I was 8 in early 2014. Last month I revisited the game, and now I’ve got 3 stars on all cups, And I’ve gotten some insane time trial times. Still my favorite game

Is, in these kind of moments, giving up, the best option for our hero/heroine...? 2:01 - 2:40 ...It wasn't Our hero/heroine was a strong enough, he/she wouldn't give up easily, he/she knew how to get through these hard times, and he/she won He/she was a fighter A warrior And as it shows there: 2:01 The hero was you YOU were strong YOU were a fighter YOU were a warrior You were strong, not only like the things that were already quoted there You were strong, like yourself.

I would say, so far this is the most "fluid" Mario Kart game ever!! This game is part of my childhood and I'll never forget the times I played the game and try to unlock every single character (for me back then it was quite a challenge, made me frustated lol)
I remember beating this game multiple times without actually knowing I could beat Mario kart so I kept playing everyday after school I would sit down and enjoy the game
The beginning used to make me depressed but going towards the ending it makes you more joyful even if racing is competitive it still shows that all the characters still are friends but it also gives you that feeling that it will always make it good in the long run being in last for the first 2 laps then make it into first but at the same time its still all fun and games play this ending as Luigi its the best ending in my opinion.
I remember in Lockdown, starting in February 2021, I played this game every single day for at least 3 months, I got a gold trophy on every cup and loved the game so much I would literally listen to the soundtrack while doing homework. After finishing it, I felt like the end credits scene was the most incredible reward I could’ve ever received. 3 years later and after switching from an original 2006 Wii to Dolphin Emulator on my PC, Mario Kart Wii is still my favourite game of all time.

Best Mario Kart Ending I've ever heard. Plus the different characters you can choose to watch on online mode(on 3ds you're stuck to one) No wonder this game is still 40 Bucks now.

I remember when I first played it on christmas day as baby mario and toad circuit
Then I remember when I was raging like heck when i went on it as soon as possible after school
Then I smashed the game, I got rosalina and dry bower
I beat the nintendo example on all the time trials
And got a VR of 6k online
I knew every shortcut in the game
And every glitch
Then they take down online mode, a shame really
Despite the fact their is specific servers it will never be the same
In my opinion, the mario games, sonic, pokemon, disney and gta are the best series
