after doing a lot of research, I found this endoactivator best in its price range.
This video is a demonstration of ultrasonic endo Activator.
ultrasonic endo Activator uses ultrasonic irrigation technology for the deep irrigation of root canals. It causes activation of irrigating solution and helps in deep cleaning and disinfection into lateral canals, fins,and webs .
For this video I am using Waldent Endo X UltraSonic Activator.
Step 1:Canal preparation
First step in biomechanical preparation is
Preparing the root canal to the desired taper with the help of a endodontic file
Step 2: Irrigation
Fill the final rinse solution into the canal.
We are using sodium hypochlorite as an irrigant.
Step 3: Activation of irrigant using Endo UltraSonic Activator.
Select an activator tip that fits passively when placed 2-3mm short of working length
Press the black button to turn on/off your Waldent Endo X UltraSonic Activator.
Agitate the solution using short vertical strokes for around 30 seconds. Be careful to not breach the apical 2mm
Step 4:suction
, use suction to remove loose debris
Repeat the steps, agitation and replenishment cycle 4-5 times
Repeat Step 1:Canal preparation
Prepare the canal with the file. Always introduce a file coated with Edta gel.
Repeat Step 2: Irrigation
Use a side-vented needle to inject the sodium hypochlorite solution into the canal
Repeat Step 3: Activation of irrigant using Endo UltraSonic Activator.
Agitate the solution using short vertical strokes for around 30 seconds.
Repeat step 4: suction
Repeat this cycle 2-3times more.
Prepare the root canal with a file.
Use sodium hypochlorite solution with a syringe
Agitate the solution with Ultrasonic endo Activator using short vertical strokes for around 30 seconds.
one tip should not be more than 50 times, Overuse of tips will bring potential separation risk.
Ultrasonic irrigation efficiently remove residuals with the high frequency ultrasonic vibration under the action of acoustic streaming and the chemical residue in root canal be well cleaned.
It facilitates 3D obturation and long-term success.
