NAVRATAN PULAO-

2tbsp ghee
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1inch Cinnamon
2 Bay leaves
2-3 Cloves
3-4 Black pepper
2-3 Cardamom
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped 1 small Potato
1/4 cups green beans,cut into cubes
1/4 cups Cauliflower
1 medium Carrots,peeled,cut into cubes
1/4 cups green peas, boiled
1 cup rice, cooked (80%)
Salt as per taste
