trying to sleep in a room completely filled with blue LEDs is my idea of hell
Blue light affecting sleep is a bit of a myth. Anyway the camera is probably far too overexposed.
not really into the red and blue lighting tho coz its too intense but nonetheless, i want to go to this capsule hotel once im in japan one day!

騒音もですけど暑がりさんだとこういうカプセルな部屋はかなり暑苦しくなります、冬だと外は暖房もかかってますし、ただ動画内でもあるように換気扇を使えるならまだいけるかもしれません
