Tyrone Hines filming movie in Syracuse

Former drug kingpin Tyrone Hines served 26 years in federal prison for running a crack cocaine ring in Syracuse. He was released in 2019 and is now working on a movie about the consequences of drug trafficking. Video by Katrina Tulloch.
