Hi The Pupil! Ah here is the projector housing amzn.to/46lFQGR if you like to swap the OEM reflector style housing. Hi Wolverine! As shown in during the installation portion of the video, the driver just kind of hangs behind the headlight. That being said, some installers will zip tie it to avoid any rattles and yes it's get hot (which is the advantage of a separate driver, since the LED light will get hot, combining them together can sometimes cause large amounts of heat, where in this setup, each one can dissipate their individual heat better) Cheers!

where did you left driver? i read it gets really hot like 80c degrees
