I use this but the charcoal version. It didn’t cause sensitivity but it is messy. I also use their coconut oil version which seem to whiten a bit faster compared to the charcoal but it actually cause sensitivity. Which is ironic since coconut oil suppose to be a healthy ingredient. Overall, if you’re curious, I recommend the charcoal version.

I have used the regular red box.. they work on the very FIRST use. I did not get sensitivity and it didn't taste bad. I have found over the years, no matter the brand it is better to use on a dirty mouth. After work, on the home from work, first wake up and you will complete the 30 minutes while getting ready or waking up all the way.

The Dollar Tree ones are trash. I had a hard time with the gel. I'm glad they work for you.

I bought about 20 of them from Dollar Tree. ALL of them stuck to the damn Plastic instead of the whitening strip. These things are garbage.
