How to make Malai Broccoli:
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup curd
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Kasturi methi
1 tsp green chillies
1 tsp coriander leaves
1/2 cup cornflour
2 cups broccoli florets (show blanch process)
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and make a marinade.
2. Add in the blanched broccoli florets. Mix well.
3. Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12-15mins.
Serve piping hot with some mint green chutney!
