I saw this video about it on bitchute, it was a Christian news channel, and I think it was called True News but I cannot be sure, was a long time ago.

Burning your own American flag is legal in our country. Tearing down and burning someone else's American flag is vandalism and is not legal. Neither is painting threats all over a public monument.
Any district attorney, who does not prosecute, anybody arrested in the act, and on film, destroying a state or federal monument, should be liable for the cost to the taxpayers for repairing any and all damages. If the prosecutors were liable for the bill instead of the guilty parties, maybe the prosecutors would start prosecuting.
