Can you do a video on the : difference between proof of Funds and Source of Income ( proving the source of your income, the current income in your account is one of the most important things VO looks for ) they must , and want to connect the funds in your account to a source where this income is generated from . So it’s not just enough showing transactions history with good bank balance, they want to establish a contract source to which the money on your account is generated from ) this is very important for VO , and I see none of the bloggers here ever putting that up for a detail explanation, which is sad .

Yes. However, they’ll be more reliance on what you have in savings, than what may be available to you on credit.

28th March to 5th September is not 6 months. Why try to cut corners when you can do the right thing?
@@thewakaholic not cutting corners , the business account was opened on 28march together with the registration of my company , thats why i include my personal bank statement which is from 1st march till August,I thought since I have few transaction for march that won't be a problem but the embassy accepted it and ask for my personal statement as back up

The requirement for UK is 6 months bank statement, so print 6 months and not 5.

You don’t need to provide any proof. 150k isn’t a huge sum of money. Don’t overthink it.

Most Schengen countries require 3 months for a tourist visa. You should check if Italy has specific requirements. Otherwise, 3 months should suffice.

You are a generational blessings. Let say for someone who received a monthly salary of 52 thousand a month and want to apply for a tourist and conference visa,is it a road moap to build your account statement for up to 6month? You said one doesn't need a millions but there should be an inflow of funds plz i want to know if salary of 52k monthly is good to go for up to 6month?
With the current pressure on the Naira, 52k monthly income is barely USD100. In 6 months, that would be 300k. It is expected that you would have monthly expenses which may be funded from this 52k.
What would be left can barely buy you a flight ticket anywhere if you claim that you are paying for your trip - and do not have any other source of income. I wouldn’t be so optimistic.
The interviewing officer would like to be convinced that (1) you can afford your trip (2) that you would not rely on public funds while you are abroad.

Embassies do not provide an alternative to bank statements. Get a bank account and only apply when you are ready.
Hey, I have a question. What if you’re applying for a study visa because what is required is 28 days proof that the money is in the account. The huge amount was already deposited as the opening amount weeks ago. Then during the process of 28days I build the account with deposit and withdrawals to build the proof of funds. Is it advisable or acceptable? Would appreciate a response

If you made huge deposits, then include an explanation as to the source of funds.

It’s always best to err on the side of caution which you didn’t.
@@thewakaholic they explain to the staff at Vfs abuja they ask to get a reference letter from my bank that says I have been banking with them for six month which I did and they accepted my bank statement together with my personal bank statement to back up my business Bank statement , if its not done that way I guess they wouldn't have accepted my application and documents

@@queen-xc7dq You should operate your account as you would regularly do. It’s not about making deposits without withdrawals. Inflow and outflow matter. They are not robots and they do not expect you to be.
