Gladys, you don't lay the baby in the stroller like that, he has to be sitting in car seat. You take the car seat and put it on the stroller. When the baby grows older and be able to sit, you remove the car seat and have him sit in stroller itself.

You can't let it blow directly in his face. It would affect his breathing. Also, you should be able to purchase a window unit air conditioner. There are floor standing units air conditioners as well. Look into it.

Try just having the baby in a onesie and with our covers if it is hot in your house. Also use a humidifier to moisten the air to prevent irritation from the dry heat in his room.
