I don't know why so many guys do that stradle/reverse-hekt 1/2 turn, or whatever it's called. It's a momentum killer, and it trips up nearly everybody that does it. I've only seen Uchimura get away with it. It's not even a pretty skill - it looks clumsy no matter who does it because it interrupts the flow of the routine.
