Please let me know who's the latest winner: PIMA or the Tri-Blend? As both are almost equally good in the luxurious feel, how would you differentiate between the two?
I would love to buy a slim fit poly cotton or tri blend material for a more sporty look. The current models are all very loose and the sleeves are pretty long for my taste, they are ending not in the middle of the biceps like they should. But a heavier fabrics would be needed since the actual fabrics are a bit transparent which will show if its a tight fit.

I got a sample teeshirt for my online shop. I hadn't noticed the size guidelines until I tried it on. I was astonished to discover the 2X I ordered was smaller than a large from other manufacturers. How do you determine what sizes you manufacture, and why are they so different from other manufacturers? The material and colors are great, but I hate having to tell my customers they have to measure themselves to figure out if they can actually wear your goods.
Hi Peggy, what style did you order? We've designed our women's collection to be tailored to fit preference. We have a slim fit collection and a relaxed fit collection. The relaxed fit is a great option for something not so tight.
It was through Printful, a B & C 8413 Ladies Triblend, and I wanted that one because of the scoop neck. It may be that Printful needs to expand its line of B & C products.
Yes, thats more of a slim-fit style. We need to get them to carry our Relaxed Collection!

Great question! With embroidery, smaller designs are best and we recommend using our 4.2oz cotton or fleece. Avoid thinner garments like triblends! And we'll have a few videos coming up on embroidery so make sure you subscribe!
Why aren't the shirts marked with the style because there are so many different styles like 3001,3005?

What is the difference between the CVC and Poly/Cotton Tees you offer? A far as I can tell, it's the cut - CVC is more fitted? Thanks!
Great question! The difference is actually in the weight and hand feel. The Heather CVC is a 4.2oz and 32 single (the same as our 100% tee but with a blended fabric) and our Poly/Cotton fabric is a 3.6oz and 40 single so its softer and lighter weight. The CVC is also a lower price point.
3001 is soft but too thin, doesn't hold ink well. Anvil 980 just as soft, but smoother surface. Lines of line art are crisper in print.

Hello! Actually all of our fabrics would work with heat transfer, but our 100% Airlume Combed & Ring-Spun Cotton would be the most simple to work with. We are actually coming out with two videos in the next few weeks about heat pressing on our different fabrics :) As for sizing, our products are generally true to size, except some of our women's tees are more slim fitting. We recommend contacting our customer service team at sales@bellacanvas.com for more specific sizing questions!

Love that BELLA+CANVAS stresses their goal to deliver tee's that are comfortable and sustainable. The steps taken to have sustainable cotton is an intiative other companies should follow. How does BELLA+CANVAS take action against microplastics that will inevitially be released each time their garments are washed (specifically their Marble T-Shirts)? Obviously durability and texture are goals to obtain in order to create a quality Tee, but I don't feel a brand can market themselves as "eco-friendly", if there is such a high use of an intoxicating fiber that is detrimental to the environment.

Our triblend collection will be softer and more lightweight compared to our other styles, our 100% airlume jersey collection will probably be our "thickest" styles, the heather cvc collection feels fairly similar but it is softer and thinner than our 100% cotton, yes. Hi i was thinking of using printful and shopify,I live in Australia would this be the best way for me to use POD or would recommend another way to use ur brand over here?
I'm not sure about the Australia market specifically, but usually POD is great for when you are just starting out and don't want to risk being stuck with excess inventory. So it ultimately comes down to how much volume you plan on doing. Once you start selling higher volume, it's usually better to go through a local screen printer because you have more room to negotiate on price and increase your margins. Hope that helps!

Hi Kayla! Our tri blends will be soft since they are 50% polyester, 25% cotton, 25% rayon jersey blend. However, you can also check out our 3001CVC! As far as Jiffy not labeling our tri blend as soft, we unfortunately are not aware, but we recommend you reaching out to them directly about this!
