August 21, 2017 - Total Solar Eclipse in Grand Island, NE

The transition from light to dark happened quite quickly in the moments before totality (12:58pm - 1:01pm), as depicted in this video. It seems like there was a slower / more gradual darkening from the moment the partial eclipse began (11:34pm) but you'd need a time lapse video to really see that.

Is this at the Stuhr Museum? I'm guessing so ... I believe the blinking lights at the right are from one of the food trucks. Ok, then! If so, my wife and I are in lawn chairs right by that tree. Great job on conveying the crowd reaction!
